Absolute the worst Internet service provider Internet goes out throughout the day every day you have to continue to sign in and out buffering it is the worst Internet I’ve seen even prior to having Internet service providers. This service is like taking us back to cable underground from the 1980s.

Has been reasonably reliable until now. Been down for 3 days. Called them twice no follow up to let us know when the issue will be resolved. They have a message on the customer service line now saying they are working diligently to fix the issue. Really? Where are are they? I don't see anyone working anywhere near here. Newsflash 5g home Internet is real. You are not irreplaceable.

Discernity Multi-Family Internet is the best!

Not very reliable. Any type of wind or rain and the Internet goes down. They don't even use IPv6 standard. Internet always buffering and slowing down. Took over an hour to get to customer service only to be told we don't know when the Internet will be back online. I also asked for compensation because our internet has been off and on now for the past couple days and I was told no.
Discernity is forced on us where I live at and included in our rent.

The worst. Can't use my own modem nor router. Can't even use Ethernet connections without paying almost $30 extra per month! Ridiculously bad. Absolutely no control over routing, so I have to use my own router on top of theirs (mine throws better signal anyway), resulting in a double NAT, ruining gaming. There's no outage maps or status page or anything. Just absolutely terrible. And I can't cancel and go to a competitor because they work with my apartment complex to lock me in forever. Permanently. No choice. They should be sued into oblivion by class action.

We had Discernity in Huber through the townhomes we were living in. Never had any major issues the entire time we had it. Great customer service. Great prices.

I never had any issues with connection. Price was a bit high but customer service was great.

I had Discernity for two years. There were regular outages of a minute or two, but they seemed to be less frequent toward the end of my time using them. The customer service was local and very responsive.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My apartment I rent from forces us to use this company or I’d still be with AT&T. We have had nothing but connection isssues since moving in. Someone has been to our house twice, we think because no one calls us to give us feedback on what’s been repaired. Call Saturday and was told someone would call by that evening. Nothing and yesterday our internet went out again. Someone was supposed to call us this morning and we are still waiting on that phone call. The people who answer the phone are nice and helpful but beyond that this company needs to work on customer service and satisfaction and providing a service that actually works

I had discernity for 3 years at my Cleveland apartment and I had little to no issues the entire time. We had some outages here and there but nothing major. Coverage was always quickly restored.

Internet works half the time until you have issues with random things like it not recognizing your MAC addresses or whatever. NAT type repeatedly becoming strict and having to open up tickets to get it resolved (across multiple devices/platforms). Having to custom configure your device IP settings yourself to resolve some of those issues. Inconsistent performance of speed dropping to low single digits randomly, taking weeks to fully resolve. You sign up for internet and have it for nearly 2 years, and then they disable your ethernet saying that you didn't pay the extra $15 to use it? That's on top of the $50 already for the 200 Mbps internet... AND when that wasn't even listed on the brochure detailing the plans NOR on the site when you go to sign up.
