These people cannot communicate they will tell you a price then try to charge you more in person they will also give you an exhaust leak I recommend taking your car else where

They absolutely suck at this place take your car somewhere else there all off drugs an suck at there jobs they will give you an exhaust leak an not fix it an make you pay to fix it they will tell you one price over the phone an raise the price in person

For me, experience, a bad attention by the head of the premises, he tells me on the phone that if I go after 3:40, the car does not finish, I tell him what time I can go, he tells me that before 3:15 I ask for a pass at school I leave early I arrived there at 3:05 and when I arrive a bad attention it tells me I have 5 cars and if at 5:00 I don't finish the car I'm leaving and stays here the car But on the phone apart from a bad way, he didn't tell me that he had 5 cars or that he could make an appointment for another day.
Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone, the workers are nice, But the head of the premises is rude and poor attention.

I had a great experience at Dixie Muffler. I showed up with no appointment but was greeted at the door asking what they could help with. My muffler has rusted off and I had a new one in the trunk. They immediately brought it back, gave me a fair quote, and installed with some extra piping. From the time I showed up to when I walked out the door, only 25 minutes had passed. I could not have been more impressed and I'll be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you!

It is the place with the worst customer service and not on the part of the workers but on the part of the manager of the establishment. It is a terrible service in addition to bad service.

Steve has Always gone above and beyond to help, but he is Always straight and to the point, he doesn't beat around the bush. Good quality service, at a Very fair price! Really great guys. I came in last second to fix a really loud issue with my exhaust and they were able to check it out right away. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the exhaust, told me how they could fix it, and gave me a total (which was super reasonable). It was fixed in maybe a half hour, and is now running nice and quiet. They were very friendly, efficient, and affordable ??
