This office is always quick and painless, but this last time, Mary made it memorable - kind, patient, and hoppy to help. She’d never heard of geocaching, which inspired me to hide one nearby in her honor (frog theme, of course 🐸). Not every clerk’s office trip ends with a smile, but thanks to Mary, mine did.
