Their is a man that got alot of periods in is rude and always have a nasty attitude. I like this store but the young man is rude. I say good morning or good afternoon. He just looks and doesn't say anything. He is bringing a bad reputation to the store. People who work and got to deal with different people . . I will not go back to that store as long as worker like him do not need to work to deal with customers. Everyone else is nice and greed you him na he is rude

This is strictly on the restrooms and employees. The store is fine. A lot of options. Anyways, how the heck are you going to have a huge sign that says restrooms, have definitive men’s and women’s restroom signs, and then have the audacity to say the restrooms aren’t public? The restroom sign is GIANT! Signifying that you all have restrooms for customers. Some people work with the public (not in a store) and rely on stores to allow them to use their restroom. I understand if you literally don’t have public restrooms, but this location does and you tell customers no? I literally bought something, and you still told me no. Then turned your back while I was checking out, completely ignoring me the entire time I was checking out (not at the self check out). Rude. Not to mention most of the other times I’ve been here imagine standing in line forever because a new employee can’t get help from someone in the store or the system is down and there’s 10 people in line. Very frustrating.

Stopped on Easter to pick up some 2 liters and chips. The drinks had a sign that said they were on sale.The cashier said that sale ended yesterday. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have left everything there. I ended up paying close to $10 more than I thought I was paying. Also the gentleman behind me started to go toward where a big sign said restroom
The cashier said hatefully no public restrooms! Take the sign down then. Shame on you for not having public restrooms.

You will not find a Dollar General. I am a teacher and was in a huge pickle after a disaster in the classroom. I went in the store in a hurry and a manager (I think), Nina, asked if I could help with anything. I explained my situation, and her and another worker Jason helped me find everything I needed to get back to my classroom in time. I truly have never received service like that before, and now I’m a true DG fan for life. The store was also organized and very clean, which helped all of us as we were scrambling for items. Nina and Jason, thank y’all so much on my behalf and my students. ❤️

This has to be the worst dollar general in Ky. DO NOT BUY ANY MEAT FROM HERE, OR YOU'LL GET SICK. EVERYTIME.
THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING ON SHELVES. THE EMPLOYERS ARE VERY NASTY RUDE ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN WITH AN AFRO. HE HAS SHORTED OUT CHANGE AND WHEN CONFRONTED WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT, SAID IT IS WHAT IT IS. AS HE KNEW WE WAS RIGHT.

A couple of the employees are nice but a few of them stand around and talk about the customers and my son was about to potty on himself and i asked to use the bathroom real quick she rolled her eyes and said “we lock them at a certain time” i hate that place it has a very bad vibe they are rude most of the time i go in there i dont recommend going here and if you do expect an attitude and a lot of the food is expired on the shelves so make sure you check the dates

The last two times I have bought a carton of flavor blasted extra cheddar goldfish in the last week they have been expired. They expired October 1st of last year. That is a long time for them to still be on the shelves and to be getting stocked on the shelves. And then when you call the store nobody answers it all I called probably 5 times and nobody answered at all.

Store hours state that they close at 11 pm rarely is it upheld staff locking the doors at 10 or 10:30

Staff is always friendly. A patron knocked over a glass bottle of salsa. Employee was there ASAP and cleaned it up put the wet sign out, excused the mess and told everyone to be careful incase he missed anything.

They're trying their best at this store, I love shopping here 100% but when I pull up and they're "closed" at 7:10pm for what? And people with bags walk out? That's majorly confusing.
