I asked the guy a question at the cash register and he told me he didn't care what I did and then he got on his phone and acted like he didn't see me. Very rude, lacked professionalism and had really bad customer service!

Whoever the lady was working tonight is probably the rudest lady I've ever encountered. She was pushing people out the door and telling them they had to leave because they were closed... At 7:40 p.m.. I was at the ecophone trying to get rid of an old phone (I was almost done) She told me that I couldn't finish it because they were closed. When I told her I just got out of work and the hours are 8-8, she said "no, we need to count down the drawer and stuff so we're closed". That's cute, I've never had a job where I can just change operation hours because I want to go home ?

Are they even open anymore?? Everytime I go, closed... Call... No answer. Am I just supposed to waste my time and drive there?? Guy employees always rude and threw my purchases in the bags like it didn't matter. Female manager is very nice tho and always treated me good. The only reason they are getting 3 Star is bc of that lady. I hope they aren't closed for good.

Was suppose to be open at 8:00am. 2 employee cars sitting in the parking lot and they have the doors completely blocked off.

I use to Love the neighborhood store, BUT as of today went in and felt closet fobeia?you couldn't get through half of the aisle, matter of fact needed a picture frame and i promise to you i could not get through the dango aisle?THEN.. checking out, they had NO BAGS???we ask ms. how we suppose to carry this stuff out?!? she had no choice but to put it in a box! dollar general get it together because after all that imma shop at the one on Wilson st.
