They always close EARLY! It’s always some bs going on at this store for them to close early! THEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 9 PM! They close well before that!

Store will randomly close every Sunday for several hours at a time despite there being workers inside. Hours of being closed are never consistent, just people not wanting to work atp.

The state of the place was truly disheartening; it was overwhelming to see grime and dirt everywhere, creating an atmosphere of neglect. The shelves were bare, lacking even the most basic necessities, leaving a sense of emptiness that was hard to ignore.

Sold me a fake candle, when I sniffed it smelled nice. I've lit it a couple of times it's halfway gone and has not had a scent yet what a waste.

Worst Dollar General in the area. Louisville residents want to talk about how privileged white people are in this town? What about those of us who are mixed races but look white? How about not being spoken to like a human being because the girl working, as I guess the manager wants to fight with my non-white husband (who looks white) about how things aren't ringing up right, how he owed $20+ but in reality it should have been less than $7. Meanwhile I watched her very politely and nicely address other non-white customers with respect and decency, not question their purchase discrepancies and politely give them money back or help them with a smile on her face. Why did my husband have to discuss how poor we are and fight over the cost of cat food because it was priced wrong and she believed my husband to be lying? and yes, it was about race, as the lady screaming at another cashier about how toilet paper is ringing up too much was treated with politeness and got her money back no questions asked.Poor check out guy got the brunt of her nonsense also. I've never experienced racism like I did, from a person of color, like we did today. Being mixed, both of us look Caucasian and didn't deserve to be talked down to nor treated with disrespect, we live in the area and have NEVER been treated with such rudeness by anyone, black, white, Asian, middle eastern, etc. We treat everyone with common human decency. I am still in shock. I'm Mexican, my skin is brown too, we didn't deserve the treatment. It's very obvious my husband is mixed race. To even blame the cashier (who was African American and did nothing wrong) was awful to watch. I felt so bad. Yelling at a war veteran who deserves a better job and some respect.Besides that, the store is disgusting and nothing is where it should be .It goes both ways. I would never treat anyone like she treated my husband and neither would he. We grew up poor and of mixed races and her racist treatment today was uncalled for. Not one other person in line had any issues getting proper pricing, a refund or service.We will be contacting corporate and reporting this. Never coming here again.

I came in a month ago and met the new store manager. I told her my concerns with the store and hope to see some improvements. I came in today, floors were still dirty, shelves were bare and cashier was more concerned about his music than greeting the customer.
