When I entered through the doors, a worker had paged the manager to come out and help him ring customers because the line was very long. She busts through the doors of their office and starts going off on him for “telling her what to do and where to go” in front of customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. And honestly, pretty embarrassing. I also work in retail and I’m probably half her age and I yet I know better. She helped about two customers then went back into her office. The man working was great and very hardworking.

Just moved to this area and found this dollar tree less than 2 miles away and I was impressed they are super friendly and knowledgeable about there products and exactly where they are placed in there store!! 5 star team and store!!

My special needs daughter went in to buy a bag of ice for me. I was waiting in the car for her. She came out with an opened bag of ice that had been torn open. I was furious and took the bag and receipt back in the store. The lady checking out said she sold it to her for $0.75 cents. Now I'm furious. I don't know about you all but I do not want ice that God knows who's hands have been in it. This is just gross. I told the lady to keep the $0.75 cents because she obviously needed it. I will not go back there again. She took advantage of my special needs daughter and should be ashamed of herself.
I try to let her have some responsibilities but now I feel like some people take advantage of the mentally challenged. This was at the store in Valley Station by Walmart.
