Terrible store, consumers feel mistreated, there is disorganization, shortages and lack of hygiene, they promise on the website to close at 9 pm but at 5:40 pm it is already closed.

Instead of policing "Yelling" your paying customers about carrying a purse bigger than a piece of paper. OR Yelling at a kid that was looking at toys that were donated for Christmas. Maybe, JUST MAYBE, you put away your shipment instead of playing tetris in your isles. Half the store is not accessible due to boxes stacked taller than the shelves.
God forbid you bring a diaper bag for your kid. The old lady and the really skinny girl needs to kick rocks. Horrible customer service.

They got a truck in so they don’t let you shop til they get done. The guy was telling people to come back in an hour. There is 3 guys unloading the truck and 1 lady inside. You shut down the store for this????? She could be taking care of customers. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Now that messes up my plans. Guess I’ll go somewhere else to get what I need. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is not a compliment as lines are always long at ALL locations and the staff turnover is high.
It is a $1.25 store!! What do you expect. Today I heard a woman complaining for lack of customer service due to the lines. People want 5 star service from company that is barely 1 star. The staff can be rude no doubt. Customers complain, the good staff quits.
This used to be a $1 store, now they had to raise the price a quarter just to be in business. Places are always packed & unstaffed because we want stuff cheap. If you want service goto Costco.
I want these stores to suceed, they are needed in this financial crisis.
People who complain about service at a dollar store, you are the reason prices are so high.
Sorry about the vent on the customers, I just want to be able to shop at places like this.
You get what you pay for! Take your business elsewhere, but more than likely it's your only choice financially. Soon you won't have a choice & learn how to live in a 3rd world country.
To the workers at these stores "Thank You"! God Bless❤️

This Dollar Tree store the Manager & Assistant Manager are so unprofessiolnal Amber the Manager 75% of the time she sits either in her car or in the bathroom on the phone or doing something strange nobody resides in the bathroom each time they are on duty for maybe an hour she sold an employee a $20 bag of marijuana at the job the person who was buying the product didn't want it so he returned it the Manager Amber got pissed because the customer didn't want the bag of " shake " the Assistant manager apologized by text message for the product there's a recording of the Manager boasting that the bag of marijuana was her product in retaliation Amber removed the employee off of the schedule for the 3 days he was scheduled for she typed a text message from her phone misspelled words truck arrival day incorrect they pretended it was from the GM we knew it wasn't & in writing he denied sending any text had he sent a message it would've been an email then she fired him & stated no rehire this is under Federal Employment Investigation the $20 was never returned but there's audio & video of the bag being returned in the store to the Assistant manager as the Manager stood a few feet away.

Waited 20+ minutes to try to check out but couldn't because of an ongoing and seemingly neverending disagreement between the cashier/manager and customer over a double charge. Ended up having to put my items back and walk out.

Great place to shop always someone on the floor to help fast service great mgmt. Always available when called for.
