Walked into the store last night at 8:35pm. We knew they closed at 9pm, but just wanted to check out their Halloween isle. While we were walking around this lady started yelling 4 minutes. We had no idea what she was talking about because it was only going on 845pm at this time. We finally stopped and asked her what does that mean. And she said the store closes at 845pm because it takes their computers a while to close down. EXCUSE ME!!! I had purchases in my basket but decided since they werent interested in a sale that I would take my business elsewhere.
I told her the sign on the door says 9pm is your closing time and she said this store closes at 8:45pm. Then maybe someone should update their google time and the door sign.

This dollar tree has a decent selection on the rare occasion it was even partially stocked from the boxes boxing the aisles. Even though the hours state it is open until 9 I have literally had the door rudely slammed and locked in my face at 8:25, rarely stays open past 830. Bad business especially with so many crossover customers from Walmart expecting it open until 9. This seems to be a universal problem in south Louisville. It’s even more of a problem with the Amazon lockers.

my dad went in and asked about covid tests. the associate said “we don’t have covid tests anymore because covid doesn’t exist anymore.” i’m sorry but how stupid can you be? saying that to somebody who’s daughter and wife currently have covid, by the way, so it definitely still exists. disgusting. you all should be ashamed of yourselves. rude and wrong for no reason. pick a struggle.

I can't shop at this location, everytime I come to this location there is a hand written note, stating they will be closing hours early or opening hours late. How about posting hours you will be open weekly.
