For starters I walked in and no one was at the desk so I waited for a couple of minutes and then I told them my name about my reservation and they had no SUVs except a small truck that I can’t drive because of my kids/pets and the lady was rude. It was my first time ever going to enterprise trying to rent a car and that will be my last time.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the employees at this branch. They are not trained properly and they are giving out the wrong information. Avoid going to this branch if you want good service!

Steven provided me with excellent customer service and he was very courteous and professional. Overall good experience and nice vehicles. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be a return customer.

Carly was so sweet and I loved the customer service. Carly was very nice and helpful and understood what we needed and helped us get a car in our fit. The whole experience was great, the car we rented was very nice and ran smoothly. I would definitely use this enterprise again and recommend it to others!

Carly was GREAT to work with and very polite! Speaking of polite, the Gentleman that took me home (Chuck) was super nice! Enterprise needs more people like them. Also the car I rented ran like a champ. Highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car.

It was raining when we picked up the rental so we didn't see the huge chunk out of the tire -unsafe- we called but they were closed so no call back The smoke smell was so strong and the perfume they sprayed to cover the smoke was pungent The passenger seat was straight up at a 90 degree angle and the lever to adjust did not work

I would give 0 stars if I could. Manager Carly decides to tell her rep while he's already told me I can get a car for 4 days that he's only allowed to rent me a car for the entire week because apparently they are short on cars which makes no sense because if they are they would need them back sooner not later! Furthermore the same manager totally ignored me while I was waiting and helped someone else who showed up after me. I've used enterprise many times in the past and this is totally not acceptable!

Great Great service!!! I got an enterprise rental car from Westport Rd Enterprise in Louisville (next to Meijer) when my regular vehicle died on me. The employees at this branch was soooo sweet. Even gave me a few tips on which vehicles get the best mileage for their size. I went car shopping, found a car and Enterprise employees jumped in and assisted me with getting my rental back to their lot! They are exceptionally Amazing and really care about you as a person!! 10 out of 10!!

Rude agent from this location got my reservation confused with someone else’s, and cancelled mine. Had to go through the foreign phone line and do it all over again. Bonus: the agent was rude and snide as can be.

I spoke with a guy named Wyatt a few days ago about payment for the rental car that I'm using. I explained to him my situation and how I work monday - friday 8am-5pm and I wont get up there before they closed to make payment. Wyatt said it was fine to pay over the phone with my card number and they would email me the receipt showing my charges for it. I called up there today prepared to pay my full balance due. I was refused by a woman that was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was huffing and puffing like she hated her job. I was told if i didnt come up there with payment then my case will be forwarded to upper management. I told her to do what they have to do because I have to work to afford everything. My current car is still in the shop and I am prepared to pay my balance and want to pay. I'm not sure what the big issue is. I was told one thing and now told another. Im not refusing to pay. I was refused for trying to pay. I been dealing with issues with my current car for almost a month and you all are not helping my situation or making it any better with giving me attitude when im just trying to pay !!!!!!! This is the worst first experience for ever getting a rental car.
