looked at my credit report last month and i found a 250$ bill at a collection agency , referred to them by equian , this was an E.R. bill from an auto accident in which I WAS A PASSENGER in my buddies car that was rear-ended . I literally had nothing to do with anything in this accident except i got banged up .why would i have to pay anything Ive tried 16 times to call equian , recording says they are too busy so leave a message, i left several , never got a call . There website has a " contact us tab" but it only goes to an error page . I think this is on purpose , they are cowards and bad business men .

Good luck getting anyone to return a phone call. After numerous attempts to get in touch, and receiving a "third and final notice" letter, I still can't get anyone to answer a call or return a message.

I was surprised at the outcome of it all. The rep was very kind and informative. They did take awhile to get back to me but i guess you can simply sum that up to covid related, uncertain times
