Update: Just moved out of our climate control storage units & truly disappointed, as we found a lot of rodent droppings in the unit & on a nice amount of our belongings (including inside). There must be an issue with rodents throughout this facility, as they did not seem alarmed when I brought it to their attention. I’ve stored in a different climate controlled storage facility previously and did not have any issues with rodents nor their droppings.

Great experience! Corey was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions & concerns over the phone. When we came in, Corey took us on a tour, helped us choose multiple units and addressed more questions & concerns; all with a smile on his face. Very friendly and personable, as you can tell that he enjoys helping his customers.

Jackie , the employee who attended to my needs, was unbelievably pleasant throughout the encounter. She was knowledgeable and efficient, and focused intently on getting me the combination of services that fit my requirements precisely.
