I recently had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Charlie, the staff member I interacted with, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you get to work with Charlie! Five stars all the way!

Everything about this process was great. Made a reservation online and came in to finalize paperwork and see my storage unit. Jackie took exceptional care of me. She answered all my questions and could not have been kinder.

Today was our move in date. There was a note on the door telling us our unit had been cleaned for us. It definitely had not been. Lots of dirt, not swept out at all. When we went to the office the young lady working there said she would sweep it out if she had time. She did not normally work at that site and she was the only one working?
