My FedEx package was lost at this store. I've went back 3 times to confirm and help find the package. And it's yet to still be found or picked up from FedEx... It's been over 3 weeks.. No responsibility for looking over my package

I asked Rebecca at Walgreens for my FedEx package, and after telling me it wasn't there I had to call FedEx. FedEx told me that it was indeed at this Walgreens location.Someone else looked instead of Rebecca and found my package.I would not recommend that you hold your items at this FedEx on-site location. Rebecca was irresponsible, didn't care, and not helpful. She could have apologized for misinforming, but like I said, she didn't care that she put no effort into helping me.

Very easy to perform the necessary actions. Conveniently located within Walgreens. It’s actually same place as Walgreens photo! Incredibly convenient, nice partnership idea between the two companies. Looks like all Walgreens employees are trained to help. They even took my phone number and I got immediate text confirmation. Would definitely recommend!
