The staff at this FedEx location is and always extremely helpful. I’m in the commercial real estate business and I constantly need large copies of surveys and plats. If I need one re-sized or re-formatted they are always more than happy to help me do that. Genuinely make my days easier. Thank you all very much!

Amazing, patient and over the top service.I and my phone were a total train wreck.Only had cash on me. Forgot my bank card.Gmail password wasn't working.All just to print a return shipping label.These guys were awsome!!..saved the day.Thank youuuuu!!!

Staff was rude and unhelpful. I went in with package wrapped in brown packing paper, was told I couldn't ship it that way. I said I umderstood the reasoning and they acted dismissively like that was that and I should just leave. I asked about a couple alternatives and they would just say 'no' without offering any acceptable alternatives. It was very odd.

The price for a very basic two-sided booklet (very basic, two sided doc) just over 100-pages was going to be over $30. I stopped my self serve print job half-way through (already $16 at that point) as it was smearing. There was a line of people waiting so I decided to stop the job but it would be more advantageous to go to your library and reduce your cost and possible waste. We’ve dropped packages off without any issues but for print, we will rely on something less price gouging.

Convenient hours, very clean and organized store. Staff is helpful for straightforward and complex mailing requests. Have used for printing, sending, and misc. office supplies and it has good variety albeit a bit pricey.

Jeff is a rockstar!! We came in to ship several small items for work - turns out when we got home we accidentally made a mistake in relaying the addresses while in store. We called the store when we realized our mistake and Jeff was quickly able to fix it before the items were shipped. Thanks for your help Jeff - you rock!

Always very helpful staff. Full service print center with a surprising selection of miscellaneous presentation and office supplies. Free paper cutter for use and they take passport photos on-site.

My wife and I arrived here within 30 minutes of closing time and had several tasks we were hoping to accomplish. With this in mind, we were expecting to either be turned away immediately or at the very least, expecting to deal with a (justifiably) frustrated staff. Just to give a little perspective, wife is a lawyer and had a brief due tonight and there were other entities involved with the brief that she had to wait on before moving to the next step (being all these tasks). So that's why we were so late. Regardless, I understand being ready for the day to end and getting a customer right around closing time that has many tasks as I have worked in customer service before and experienced this. After we entered the facility, we noticed only one person working. Again, with all the factors in mind, working alone would logically just add to the overall stress of dealing with our tasks so close to closing time. But to our surprise he did not turn us away or seem frustrated. He couldn't do all the tasks but he was very friendly and helpful and did as much as he feasibly could in the small window of time before closing. He was not rushing us out or being rude. He gave us many options and just generally interacting with us as if they were not about to close. There were even a few more customers that came in after us and I noticed he was equally friendly and helpful to them. Nothing at all phased him. He was so patient and thoughtful. It really felt like he genuinely cared about helping us and not just 'doing a job'. Definitely one of, if not, THE best customer service experience I've ever had, especially considering all the factors I mentioned previously (about to close, the only worker, etc.) I truly appreciate his time and effort and my wife agrees as well. This guy's actions should be recorded and used as an example for every single customer service worker around the world. This man deserves a raise. I highly recommend this FedEx location.
