I often forget to yelp! my service stores . I use this FedEx print and ship location often through a work account. They always have my print orders ready and are friendly and efficient. I've worked with Jim before and he always says something while I'm there that impresses me on his kindness and customer service skills.

Note: This rating is not a reflection of the staff at this store, it's for FedEx as a whole in regards to customer service when there is a delivery problem.Sent a shipment to my daughter in Lexington. It was a new credit card, so I decided it would be safer to pay extra for FedEx. 12 DAYS later, she finally got the envelope. By the time I got the late envelope back in my hands, a new card had been issued and some weeks had passed. I went to the store where I had shipped it originally and asked for a refund. They gave me an 800#, as they couldn't do anything at the store level.Called FedEx on the 800# and the automated robot denied my request, so I prompted for a human customer service person. The person searched up my tracking number and claimed my package was delivered to my daughter's address TWO HOURS earlier than I even dropped off the package! And, since more than 15 days had passed, the claim was denied. Not even an "I'm sorry" from the customer service person. They had me hold for a survey and, big surprise, the survey hung up just as I was pushing the number for being dissatisfied. UPS will always get my business from now on, even if it's less convenient.

I have used this location quite a few times now for work and they are always a great help! They're really good at packing things for you and have always provided a cart and assistance getting things in and out of the car every time I have gone. They have a great staff and seem to really enjoy working there. It is busy sometimes but I think it's more due to the location getting in and out and once you're in there the line does move fast if there is one too

Rather disappointed in my visits to this location. They've made me feel like my simple act of dropping off a package is a burden to the staff. Not especially welcoming or friendly. At first, I thought I was just hitting the place on a bad day, but after three less-than-pleasant drop off experiences, I'll just go to Walgreens to handle any FedEx needs.

Had an exceptional experience here. I was in a rush and needed something shipped. I had one of the reusable packages, my item, and a shipping label. I was immediately greeted by the very warm and friendly manager. The cashier, just as friendly and warm, took all my items and assured me I was good to go. It couldn't have been easier! The store itself was bright and welcoming. Big thanks so the FedEx team for a great experience.

First of all, I just want to say Thank You. Patricia, the associate who assisted me was wonderful and absolutely saved the day. My brother had passed away the Friday before my visit. The Monday was his funeral service and none of us had thought about a pamphlet for the service. I thought about it and had my son design it and send it to the fedex print and go email the night before. I entered the store around 9:30 with the service scheduled for noon. Patricia greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her I’d sent a file and needed help because I’d never done this before. She obtained my codes and was able to get 100 brochures printed on nice paper, in color and folded. I’m sure something like this would normally be ordered at least a day if not two in advance. When I told Patricia I needed it now, she didn’t blink an eye…well maybe she did but she didn’t let me know it. She helped me print another file with readings and had me in and out in about 35 minutes with everything I needed. My family was elated to have the brochure for the ceremony and as a token of remembrance for the day and of my brother. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and especially about Patricia and how much it meant to me, in one of the saddest moments of my life, to feel such kindness from a stranger. I will tell this story over and over in the days weeks and probably even years to come I am forever grateful. Thank you again
