package was delivered to the incorrect address. package was addressed correctly, but the driver misread the printed address as an apartment complex. we are NOT in an apartment.

Stood in the lobby for a minimum of 10 minutes before ANYBODY came out. Employees can't print labels and don't try anything to help. Won't return. Walgreens up the street was 10000× more helpful.

I called multiple times yesterday. I placed the order with the understanding that UPS was to ship. Vendor's warehouse changed it to FedEx.Address is correct, store was open and busy. Lies from the drivers.Vendor has lost $700 sale.FedEx is useless. All they do is promise, they do NOT deliver.

FEDEX Driver crossed 3 lanes & a solid white line into the turning lane without looking & came within inches of crashing into my vehicle & possibly injuring both of us!!! FEDEX KY License #C9H510. Please be more careful & follow the rules of the road. This could have been really bad!!

Staff was VERY friendly and courteous! The facility was in top shape and very clean! Service was fast.....in and out like flint!?? Will have FedEx packages in the future to come to this place for personal pick--up!

These guys can’t print out a label from an email. I battled horrible traffic to get there and that’s fantastic. They are sending me to Plain view location. This company made over 94 Billion smacker’s in 2022, I believe they should do way better than this. The clerk was nice enough and all but to what ends?

FedEx as a whole is terrible. Zero customer service. The driver took a picture of my house from the street and didn't deliver the package. He scanned it delivered, but he never approached my house. I have cameras all the way around my home, and I am retired. He scanned the package delivered, took a picture of my house from the street, and kept my package. So this is all FedEx has to do to steal whatever they want from you. Don't try to call. The automated call center will not let you talk to anyone. I finally lied about why I was calling and got to speak to someone in India. They were zero help. I was told to file a claim, and there is nothing they can do about it. So, if you use FedEx, you are really rolling the dice. I would personally never use FedEx for anything, but these companies don't care if their products are lost, stolen, or damaged. Avoid FedEx.

Complain filed, never have i seen a FEDEX EMPLOYEE put a package on someones car. Could have left it by the mailbox or even behind the car… but never on someone’s personal belongings. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Please be aware this Holiday Season. Fed Ex delivered a package to my home that was to suppose to be mines. The delivery was clearly in a different zip code. I called them to make them aware of this and they did not call me back. I waited 5 days until I decided to call the shipper. When I called the shipper they told me it was a back brace for someone who had broken their back. Fed ex was suppose to call me to come and pick up after talking to the sender who was from Oakland CA. After not hearing from them, I decided to deliver the brace myself. I could only think about someone with a broke back, in pain and Fed ex not having the decency to respond. We all make mistakes but when there is no care about the mistake that was made and that is not acceptable. Someone lingered longer in pain and agony because of the laziness of Fed ex. Fed ex is very careless. Two years ago around this time of year, Fed ex delivered my laptop to another place. It took much discussion for me to prove they never delivered to me. Thank God for the Ring Doorbell!.
