So I was in the store today and I had a request to print a large poster I submitted the file and head figured the employee would tell me if it would turn out all right it was a 46 by 26 in poster and when I showed up the image was very blurry and it was definitely not worth but I had chargedA gentleman named Andrew the gentleman named Andrew was there when I showed up to pick up my poster and I had seen that it was certainly not worth what I paid and he decided to stay after closing hours to ensure a reprint was successful he was very patient

Had to stand in line for awhile and then was told I needed a drivers license that I didn’t bring in with me to be able to ship something. She would have made me wait in line again if I didn’t just leave to go to ups or the post office. Horrible customer service and attitude.

I brought an IPhone trade in packaged in the return box labeled and secure. I presented it at the counter and that’s the last it was ever seen. Fortunately Apples customer service allows you to speak with humans, and Apple accepted my trade. I will avoid this store in the future, and prefer UPS anyway.

Horrific customer service, this whole store needs to go back to training to understand how to resolve issues and not escalate them. I remember looking for places to print/ship and found this on google and saw the 3/5 stars and was confused at how that is possible for a simple print and ship store. Oh boy do I get it now. The minute you have ANY issue in this place, you can bet it's going to be a giant ordeal to get it resolved. Steer clear.

The guy in side this morning 6-9-23 has a attitude for no reason I tried to explain what was in the box to be separated, since the package was too big to ship there and he told me it doesn’t matter what is in a package he doesn’t need an explanation.

I have a really hard time getting them to come pick up my pickup orders. I’ve had a label created since last Thursday that they still haven’t came to pick up. I’m about to make a bunch of labels and they will think I have 20 pick ups but it will really be only one just to build some urgency on it. Lucky I didn’t leave 1 star.

Great service yesterday from Ricky and Marilyn! Ricky contacted very early in the day regarding a large print order I had submitted through a business account the night before, and coordinated my order and pickup information. He was able to get my order completed in a very reasonable time. When I came to pick-up, Marilyn was professional and pleasant and even helped me load my car. My printouts were done correctly and packaged very nicely. I'm glad to have such a reliable and easy to use resource for my printing needs locally.

paid extra for delivery on Wed. app showed it was in town. came in on my day off just to receive the package that never came. I assumed it would come in the next day since the app said it was on the truck at 5am. yet watched the truck pass by my office 3 times. Two days later no package. so glad I paid the extra $20

Dalesha was fantastic! Very patient and kind while I figured out my technological troubles. She even helped me with getting the formatting on my documents corrected. She above and beyond far exceeded customer service expectations and I am 100% completely satisfied about my experience. I appreciate everything Dalesha did throughout my FedEx experience and I can't thank her enough for making it so easy and effortless to pick out paper and binding options!
