Worst shipping company in the world. I would never use them myself but some company use them and the end user gets the headache from their bad service. Everything is alie ann dthey never delivery as expected or leave packages in a safe place. Lots of damage and missing things. They say no one home but we know better. They do not want to deliver and force you to pickup and that process is messy also.

Pkg had the wrong address but needed it quickly. I called local hub, they changed the address and I was able to pick it up there.

Kentucky license plate #961936 Fed ex Ground Truck# 445345 today August 6, 2025 around about 2:43PM on Moser Road and Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky in the Jeffersontown Neighborhood. a FedEx Ground driver attempted to strike my vehicle before running into oncoming traffic to pass me almost sideswiped in my vehicle. I have it all on Video. I left his truck information above.

At 706am this morning, I was picked up an item and two idiot employees were standing behind my car taunting me so I couldn't move my car, I had to start backing up until I was really close then they moved or they would be hit. If these are the type of employees that work here, that's unprofessional
