Holding deposits no call back from managers as promised . They need window tellers for handicapped people .

This particular office of Chase Bank is like an upgraded ATM with two live bankers. Here they have let go of the teller role, which makes this old cashier nervous. But Alejandra reassured me that several of the other locations do have tellers - so I am thinking of this location as an ATM+. As Alejandra - one of the personal bankers - walked by me, I quickly shouted my question: "Is there any way I can get a new account without a picture ID?" Alejandra was just about as sweet and engaging as you can be when the answer is simply, "No". "How else can somebody send me money? I have lost my wallet and don't have any of my ID's or any cash!" There followed a maybe three-minute, very helpful brainstorming session between Alejandra and me and the young guy who she had come out of the office to help - who turned out to be another employee, Alston, on an off day. It was Alston who came up with the idea of using the Apple Pay on my phone. I think that is going to somehow play a role in solving my dilemma. Alston and Alejandra were both great at customer service and also very good problem-solvers. I would be delighted to have either of them as my cashier or my personal banker.

Love banking here! The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. I am always greeted when I walk in the door. The staff is always quick to take care of my transactions. I can usually get in and out very quickly. The lobby is open typical banking hours but they have a drive up ATM available for after hours as well as the Chase mobile app you can use to do your banking on the go. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
