I have never walked into any 5/3 branch and met someone so rude. The teller, Mrs. Patricia just had a nasty all around attitude and kept insisting that I was a fault due to the machine not processing my card. The first time she told me to place the card in, I did so using chip (like required at most places you go nowadays). She told me that it keeps saying to put the card in while the chip was still in the machine. I thought that since it wasn't working maybe I should try using the contact less method. It didn't work then she kept saying "it's still saying you need to put the card in" in a nasty tone. As a last resort, I swiped the card. I kept insisting that it wasn't working and the she kept saying well put the chip in. I then said I did and even held the card to make sure it was all the way in there and even tried the card wipe and wireless pay. She said, "well maybe you locked up the system because you swiped it and tried to use the chip." She said this with a nasty attitude. I knew that wasn't the case because I didn't use any other method other than the chip until she said it wasn't working with an attitude. I told her that I had my ID and she took it without a word and with an attitude. I'm not one to post reviews often, but I shouldn't have to put up with an employee that had an attitude when all I wanted to do was get a money order to pay the rest of my mom medical bills after her stroke. I have never been to 5/3 and been met with an attitude ever, except now. I just hope that something can be done to teach employees that even though you may be having a bad day or in a mood, there's always someone going through worse and a bad interaction like I had can just make someone's day even worse.

I was at Fourth St. Live several months ago looking for the post office there and couldn't find it. I went in the bank to see if someone could tell me where it was. I think the lady I talked to worked in one of the cubicles not a teller. She was terrific. She stepped outside of the bank and pointed to where the door was that I needed to go in to get to the post office. If I ever decide to change my banks I would consider using this bank.

If you're looking for banking scam artist this is the place to go to! They have fraud every other week on their accounts and their security and fraud department does not answer phones, does not call you back and does not honor what they have on their bylaws stay away from this Bank you have been warned

The wait in line is always long to be a main branch. The phones are never answered and why doesn't anyone seem to actually like there job at this location. Bankers care more about thier own personal life instead of thier jobs

Poor customer service. My deposit was put in incorrectly. The teller nor manager did not care about my business. They tried to accuse me of throwing the race card and saying I wanted special treatment. I will NOT BE BANKING HERE AGAIN.

I had a really good first experience, I wanted cash off some credit cards they did it for me, I needed a money order for my rent they got it for me, it was not expensive at all, they even helped me open a savings and checking account, I already have received my bank card. I know I should have been getting on the tellers nerve, but she kept her composure and continued to be nothing but respect and helpful. Great service

I received a phone call this morning at work, not on my cell phone at work but actually through the businesses phone line. They wanted to tell me that I had 2 days before the grace period on my car loan was up. I wasn't even late yet. The reason they called was because I usually pay before it is due. When I told them that I would make the payment they asked how much I would be paying. I didn't know if I would be paying any extra (I try to as I can) so I didn't give them an amount. I was told because I wouldn't tell them an amount they were going to continue to call again.

I tried to deposit my payroll check from work,they said they couldn't because system would not accept it.I then go to other fifth third branch and no problems.These people at 4th Street are terrible. They don't care about helping you.I will NEVER go to this bank.IDIOTS...This is for branch across from Churchill Downs.

I really like their friendly service and attention. I forgot his name, but the guy that is the main teller is really attentive and no attitude. I do not like the Dixie hwy branch and their accents - they seem mean and I'm getting to review them in as soon as I see their branch on Yelp.
