Went to do a money exchange for Japan and the guy told us they were closed at 4. Hours were open til 5. Don't lie. Just do your job.

I am so very disappointed with the airport's fifth third bank branch, my cousin walked into the branch to exchange the American dollar to euros because he was traveling out of the country. when he walked in he asked the teller that he wanted his bills in a certain way where the teller didn't cooperate with his request there was a little argument and escalated to be insulted with racial words of discrimination, He asked to speak to the branch manager and his words where I trust what the teller is telling me and you could leave the branch now. I was calling on his behalf of my cousin and Mr. Jason Duke and I tried to speak to him about the situation occurred in his branch and his words was I know who you are and started calling me names and tried to get smart and unprofessional with me. After the first incident I called Cincinnati headquarters and they made a report and told me that I was i to hear back from the regional manager and up to this date I haven’t.Today October the 29 my cousin went back to exchange the currency that he didn’t use and the same teller told him that my account was closed where was not is still active and open with no issues then they went to the office and closed the door and left him standing at the teller counter with no help. I have called WLKY to make sure that everyone knows what type of branch and tellers including Managers are working for this well-known bank.

Worst customer service ever! The African American lady kept talking over me and didn't try to help me in any shape or form. I'll just wait till Monday to exchange at my bank.
