Do not bank with 5/3. In this branch employees do not know to navigate their own mobile app! Probably they are banking with other banks?♀️No wonder their review rating is 2,6!!!

Will never use the beuchel branch ever again. The metal detector kept going off. Took everything out of my purse I could think of and still went off. Their solution is to ask me to leave my purse in my car. REALLY. You have metal detectors and I'm going to leave my purse in a car to be possibly stolen. NOT THAT STUPID.

My mom and my stepfather are both from Ukraine and do not speak English. They went to this location to open an account. The lady who was a manager assisted them. She did not ask or offer them the code to get a bonus for opening an account. When I called her the other day and ask if she can apply the code to the account now, she said no and was very rude about it. She said the code needs to be presented at the time of the account opening. When I asked her why she didn't tell them about this opportunity and asked them if they had a code she said that they didn't ask and they were supposed to have the code with them when they walked in at the bank. Seriously? Isn't it your job to tell people about all the offers that you guys currently have? Anyway, when they went to another location and gave the code there they successfully applied it and he already got his bonus. So the manager at this location specifically choose not to apply the code because it obviously could have been done. She took advantage of the people from Ukraine who doesn't know life in America yet. I think she needs to be fired. Because she also talked to me very rude on a phone and hang up on me. She also put the phone number to the account wrong so I needed to go online and change the phone number online for them which made zelle put a block on it and not let us to use zelle for 30 days because of her.

Had a coworker deposit a payroll check. Not a 3rd party check but a payroll check. They're holding it for 7-10 days. This is dead wrong. Trying to get in touch with a manager is impossible and the ACTING manager was very rude and really didn't give two cents about him not being able to pay his bills. Stay away from 5th 3rd bank.

Had a problem with my payroll deposit. They put a hold on my check and told me it would be a couple days. I deposited it on the 9th and it cleared on the 10th. But 4 days later, they're still holding my PAYROLL check for ransom. Whitney Durbin the ACTING MANAGER refuses to help in any way. Hung up on me after I tried to find out why they're telling me it would held until the 18th of the month. Whitney needs some classes on proper communication skills. Again, this is a payroll check not a 3rd party.. Take your business somewhere else and Whitney needs to be fired. They need a branch manager not a want be teller who has no clue what she's doing and is very disrespectful to long time 5th 3rd customer who is changing to Chase after I finally get my money from them.

I filed a dispute and fifth third just let merchant do whatever they wanted to do. They didn't even talk to me about case before making a decision. I have all the supporting documents that show the merchant was giving me a refund. The merchant decided to not give refund and want to give a store credit. When trying to explain this to bank they understood but let merchant do handle my finances in their favor. I thought your bank should stand behind you and make others do right by you. I been with them for 7 years and have several line of credit. It's time for a new bank

If I can give a negative -100 that would be the rating. I've been through HELL with this institution regarding my funds. I will NO longer trust anything any representative say for this institution. Its very clear that this institution is a complete RIP off.
