Mr. Zee is just the best and more than you could ask for as a small buisiness owner and so so very friendly and always has a real concern for his customers who are regulars or newcomers and i always make it a must stop just to get the friendly vibe and excellent everything without the local price hike from other small neighborhood stores in the area and that's a must you just don't find anywhere anymore with rush rush rush places that are only in a hurry getting you in and out these Days and that rude vibe in those places and don't get any better prices from the same type of store so make it a must stop place when in Portland and liquor store across the street that's open til the late late hours so hey all in one stop if it's early enough but u can not help but love some Mr. Zee so stop in and say hey he's worth whatever it takes to do so...

I have a lot of respect for the owner of this store, BUT having said that I am not a happy camper, either. For MONTHS now you can't buy cigarettes in this store any longer--she simply won't stock them. It is hit or miss when she carries cigarillos. She can't even keep appropriate stock of soft drinks. This store used to be great when she USED TO stock things that the people wanted. Now, she's more about stocking the store for fluff, rather than stocking it for things to sell. If she doesn't reconnect with what the customers want, they'll eliminate this (once good) store from their memories. It would be a shame. Time to get up on what the customers want to buy, not what you want them to buy.
