I have yet to receive my refund for the boots I bout and returned before Christmas. The boots I bought were way 2 small at the shift. Although I have never had to return anything except this time, I'm displeased with the communication, the struggle not being able 2 find a return label and wait time is horrible. Be prepared to pay your own label fees. I don't think I'll ever use their mail return again.

this store location is absolutely disgusting. PILES of clothes are in the floor under racks, PILES on the tables… this isn’t even all of it. this is one corner i took pics of, the rest of the location looked just like this. piles of dirt and trash are everywhere and stray cups. there’s plenty of staff because those that aren’t on the register are standing there doing nothing and talking. this was in the morning so this is certainly build up from previous days.

The store is filthy. They haven’t swept or mopped in months. Half the dressing rooms are blocked and the other half has piles of clothes and dirt on the floor, and some are full of return racks. Staff was rude. Disgusting store.

WHY ARE THE FITTING ROOMS NEVER OPEN????? this is the 3rd time visiting and fitting rooms were not open!! gas is way to expensive to be making extra trips to return something not to mention you CANNOT RETURN red tag items so trying is necessary before you buy it and are stuck with it. I try to give grace but I personally walked around that store and there was over 6 people working so there’s no reason fitting rooms can’t be open! not only this BUT MULTIPLE RACKS OF CLOTHING STORED IN FITTING ROOMS NOT BEING PUT AWAY!! they got mad at me because I pulled something off the rack in the fitting room cuz the shorts I wanted to buy on the floor were not in my size but I had caught a glimpse of a few pairs of them in the fitting room on the rack so I walked in and ironically one was the size I needed! Why is there multiple racks of clothing being stored in fitting rooms and fitting rooms consistently not open. When I worked at tjmax as soon as a rack was filled it got put away and this was standard to keep all items on the floor.

I wanted to try on a couple pair of jeans before purchasing them tonight.
I noticed several dressing rooms, however the lady at the counter said we close the fitting rooms 1 hour before the mall closes.
Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted to try them on I should come back tomorrow.
It was 7pm on a Friday night .
I asked to speak to a manager , we walked over to the manager who was working on a rack right next to the fitting room, but who also said the fitting rooms was closed and I could buy them and return them within 30 days if they didn't fit.
It would have been nothing for her to take a key and open the fitting room for me..
Instead she lost a customer and over 100 sale.
I can't believe the level of customer service i experienced here tonight.
Needless to say as much as me and my daughter used to shop here, it is now a thing of the past.
Do better, 0 customer service skills

I'm so glad they got new stuff in. Last trip we left empty handed. But I also just spent over $400 so... always friendly staff when we go in.

Rude staff and ridiculous rules. Took my daughter there for few pairs of shorts and they wouldn’t let her use the dressing room. They said we would have to take them home, try them on at home, and return what didn’t fit. I asked why and they told me because they were closing at 8 pm… but it was only 7:30. Makes NO SENSE. This is why so many retail stores are closing us these days. Customer service is just HORRIBLE anymore. They care more about getting out of there quickly than they do about helping their customers. We went a few stores down in the same mall to Aerie, tried on a few pairs of shorts there with no problem, the staff was friendly, asked if they could help us with anything, and were out well before the store closed. Same mall, same day, same, closing time, two different stores.… Aerie’s staff cared and was helpful, Forever 21 just wanted everyone to leave. Shop at places that want your business.

Prices are a little steep. Clothing is geared more toward genz/millennials. With a hint of vintage attire.
