I haven't been in a physical GameStop location for a while, but the interactions and guest services that Nico provided me upon just opening the door will make sure I keep coming back!

Nico was great despite being the only employee there with a dozen customers to help and the phone ringing off the hook. GameStop needs to have more than one person on duty - or at least give Nico a raise if this is what they normally have to deal with.
