George in the appliance section was amazing. He was so kind and helpful to my grandmother and myself while we tried to find a dryer that fit a small space in our home. We are grateful for all of his help and kindness, we will definitely be back to shop at this location because of him.

This HD (and really all of them I've been to) just continues to disappoint. Go in, ask where to find something after searching for an employee for a solid 5 minutes. I said excuse me sir, asked, said excuse me again and without bothering to look up said "Yeah", only to eventually tell me he basically didn't know where to find what I was looking for. Never looked up. Eventually found it, then found nearly exact same item at Lowe's for $20 less. Returned it 20 minutes later and went to Lowe's. Man, it's day after Black Friday and no knowledgeable employees to be found. All of them direct you to one of 3 aisles and "go find someone over that direction". A culture change has been in order for yeaaaars. I will continue to purchase ONE single item from them that I can't find anywhere else. That's it. Even Harbor Freight down the street has better customer experience. Headed to Lowe's again 10 minutes out of the way. Holiday retail is hard, I get it, I've been there. But damn...

As usual finding the most simple of hardware was borderline excruciating. Check out was slow despite low store traffic. Every time I say I'm not going back, and I do because it's close. Usually I drive 10 minutes out of the way to go to Lowe's. Steer clear if you value customer service or finding anything easily. Not even sure why I'm giving a 2.

Over the years, I’ve had some good and bad experiences at this location but today Michael in plumbing was the absolute best. Looked at a couple pictures of a project I’m working on. Listened to what the problem was gave me a solution explained it incredibly well. I wish all the employees were as good as this guy.

Concerning that the dishwasher was to be delivered in 16 days, then the day before they called and blamed the manufacturer that it wouldn't be delivered. How can they sell it if they don't have it; If they are out of stock and we have to wait that's the way it is. But if you sell it and 15 days later say you don't have it; isn't that deception?

2-part review- curbside and delivery - please know what you are getting into.
Orders placed on 2 different devices, accounts and contact info
A bit frustrated with the internal communication at this store, or it could be Home-Depot’s web based communication, but I don’t feel like it’s entirely the web-based platform after all of this.
This review is based on two orders placed recently, one for curbside and one for delivery. Our curbside order was placed at the beginning of a shopping trip, and it was supposed to be ready for pickup within 2 hours. 2.5 hrs in we decided to just head over to the store as we were done with errands. At this point the person on the phone on our way over said they had never even received our order, but somehow when we gave them the order number it was in their system. We waited in the parking lot an additional 20 minutes and someone finally came out and helped us load it. That employee was great and very helpful and professional.
The delivery is the main reason for the low score because it was a painful experience. Their automated communication system for deliveries is nothing short of a mess. I can’t detail the whole thing here or nobody would read it, but this was an order for 15 sheets of plywood. I wanted to get it delivered to my house. Online it said it could be delivered end of day the following day. They give you a 14-hour window, 6am - 8pm (unreal) for you to be available at your delivery site. That initial day of delivery I received an email that said our delivery was missed because nobody was home. But we were, nobody ever left the store with the product which the store confirmed. This happened 3-4 more times over the next two days, on the phone with corporate customer service “oh, the store knows more about their deliveries”, so I call the store and they say , “it will be there today between 6a-8p” then I tell them they just sent me an email saying they weren’t delivering it today, then they tell me to call corporate because they don’t know. I talked to a manager a couple of times, he would reassure me it was coming, but I would get more emails saying ‘out for delivery’ and then minutes later another message to the tune of delivery missed nobody available on site. Is it coming? I have obligations and can’t spend 14 hrs at home every day until they figure out what’s going on. I called back, only to get the same canned response and having to explain the situation yet again, I hear them talking about me in the background of this call saying they’ve already talked to me, so instead of addressing me directly, Or even saying anything else to me at all, they just transferred me to another department where I had to explain my situation yet again. I finally got a manager on the phone (thank you, Shannon) who cared enough to make something happen, and they had the material out to my house within a few hours then. How was this not possible at any other point I’ve called?
After all this, the 3 most expensive sheets of plywood I ordered for this project were loaded on this truck covered in mold both sides, so I ended up having to drive those back in to the store to get credit for them. The person at the returns desk somehow looked even less excited to be there than I was, I’m only jealous I couldn’t match that energy.
I ordered my next load of lumber from Lowe’s and it was delivered within JUST HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. No phone calls, no bogus emails, it just worked. I was very happy, and their delivery was even less expensive on what I ordered. Push me to your competitor I guess.
