George Rogers Clark Park is a nice little park that offers plenty of space for families, kids, and pets. Visitors enjoy picnic tables and the opportunity to walk dogs along the sides. The park features areas for soccer, baseball, volleyball, and tennis, as well as a playground, a splash pad, and walking paths. It is a popular spot for birthday celebrations and gatherings, providing a beautiful setting with giant trees and hidden trails. While the park is generally clean, some have noted issues with trash left behind by visitors and the cleanliness of the portable toilets. Overall, it is a great place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities with friends and family.
Gorgeous park with lots of different species of trees and history plaques of the Clark family dating back to 1921. Only complaint is that the “splash pad” area did not have a water feature that changed. It’s just a fountain, I imagine not the most fun for little ones.
