“A great place to visit if you are out of town or looking for a variety of gifts in one place. Note that Moss Hill is a separate business, so you will need to pay for their things at their counter.”
“Excellent customer service!
I reached out to Taste of Kentucky regarding an issue with my order and was blown away by how quickly they responded. They were friendly, professional, and made things right immediately with zero hassle. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and stand behind their products. I really appreciate the quick communication and great service — will absolutely order again!”
“One of Crescent Hill's gems! Such unique gifts from around the world! Conscious sourcing. You won't be disappointed!
Note* Return policy is very stringent. Keep ahold of your receipt.”
“Ah, Whatta 'Bout Mimi! is always a spectacular experience!!! Starting with their great customer service with answering the phone to placing the order and being onsite for set up, competitive pricing, they are creative with the items we ask for and easily the best product in the industry! The balloons look great and last inside or outside for any event need! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you!”
“I love this store! They carry everything Disney and a whole lot more. My grandkids love everything I get them from here. I get shirts and pajama bottoms, stuffed animals, backpacks, socks and cute little clips for backpacks and hoodies and a lot more. I already have their Christmas gifts from here. This is a great store with great quality merchandise. You really must check it out!”
“Great little glass shop. Been coming here off and on for years. They have nice glass and if they dont have what you're looking for, they are usually willing to make it or at least help you find it. Friendly place to shop.”
“They have it all. Gifts for anyone you would need or occasion. Very unique items as well as seasonal. Check them out if you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I received my shipment far quicker than I anticipated. I purchased several gift sets. When the package arrived I was happily surprised that it included several samples, tissue paper, and gift bags. The scents are amazing. If you have dry skin as I do, trying the peppermint soap with pumice is an absolute must. It is so refreshing and feels so good on your skin. It would be a great summer soap as well since it has that cooling effect with the peppermint. Very happy with the product and the service. I will be ordering again.”
“Was a good day. Gentlemen at the counter let us look around without bugging you or trying to buy. We took our time and took out with us a few new things. Awesome shop.”
“Beautiful shop with patient and knowledgeable staff. No wonder they’ve been in business so long. It’s not just the human touch but they genuinely care to help you find what you are looking for and give you the best experience in doing so.”
“I have been shopping at Madeline’s Gifts for a few years now. I LOVE the store manager, she is always so nice and bubbly. The owners are also very sweet; I love the husband’s displays and fun personality. I love the different array of things they have on display. I am obsessed with the Grinch village and accessories. I think I almost have every piece of the collection. Even when I am not in for a while, they remember me; I love the connections they build with their customers. I have read many negative reviews about the employees “following” them around. I love that someone is always around if you have questions, and I have never gotten the vibe that they think I’m “stealing”. People must remember they are just doing their job and managing the store and merchandise. I am so happy I decided to walk into Madeline’s Gifts on a whim a few years ago. I recommend 1000%.”
“We were so happy to see that they returned to Mellwood! They offer a wide variety of very colorful and well made wear. All money goes to help the people of Zambia. Take a look. Ghost loves shopping there!”
“I was very impressed. It was a struggle to decide what my outlook on life would be. I hope the horse has more happiness in the future. This is a comment on The Power of Sottsass. Sorry I don't have any photos. ?Good luck in the Breeders Cup”

“The Paradies Shops in different locations inside the Louisville International Airport are classy and fun, clean and spotless, well lit and well kept and have a wonderful variety of Louisville and Kentucky goods, as well as your usual travel needs, magazines and books, candies and whatnots. I lived in Louisville in the past and before I fly out back to my home now, I always buy bourbon ball candies at Paradies to take home. This specific trip, I found the best horse/Louisville coffee mug that was so artistic you'd expect to find it in a museum gift shop. These shops don't sell cheaply made goods, and what you do buy you know it's not going to fall apart. The staff has always been so hospitable and professional. I actually look forward to spending money in an airport shop when I shop at these shops in Louisville airport.”
“Order chocolate covered strawberries and flowers 'combo' for my 87 yo mother for Valentines Day. The flowers were beautiful and she LOVED the strawberries!! Customer service was great as well. I will definitely use this location in the future.”
