Online and Door sign say open but store is closed and lights out? Seems like a bad business model.

Sign on door and web page say they open at 11:00am on Sunday. It’s now 11:30 and the door is still locked. I tried to call but got no answer. Is this how you care for your customers?

Says open on Google, open hours on window. Arrived at 950 and left to walmart came back 1030am and still not open.
