Sarah and her staff are amazing. Always knowledgeable and takes the time to help me find what is best for me. If they do not have it, they always check to see if they can order it for me. Store is always cleaned and stocked. I do not go anywhere else!

lazy staff. they didn’t have what I was looking for, but I know GNC carries it because I’ve purchased numerous times from this location as well as others around the city. I asked the representative if he could do a computer search to see what other locations may have the item I was in search of (which I know they can do because they’ve done it for me before), and was told, “No, all of our stores carry the same items.” BS. He wouldn’t even do a search for it.

I have been to many GNC stores in Louisville but none compare to this store. Scott and sarah are awesome and they truly care about the customer. This is the only store in Louisville who ordered a product I wanted. Other stores told me in the past they would order the product but never kept their promise. Thank you Scott and Sarah for caring about the customer. All the products are always up to date and never have expired dates on the merchandise.

Love supporting a locally owned business that truly cares about their customers. As a local business owner I truly think it’s important that you remember your customers, and Sarah does do so! She cares about your health and well being and will do whatever she can for you! They also provide a First Responder/Military discount! Even though I’m not one, I understand it’s hard as a owner to give discounts and it is truly amazingly!

Very disappointed. Web site says they are open but they are not. Sat and waited for store to open at 12. This store is most convenient for me and wasn't open. Now i have to drive out of my way to get what I need. If they are not going to be open the web site shouldn't say that they are. They should also post a sign saying they are not going to be open.
