Do not use this company! Customer service is terrible. They sold a very expensive slicer that is advertised as a prosciutto slicer, but it is too small to slice prosciutto! We tried to return it for a larger one and were refused-after several weeks of run around. FALSE ADVERTISING!

There was a mishap with the shipper and the customer service dept went above and beyond to follow up and be available to help. The consistent communication was awesome! I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend this company!

Ordered a product in stock on the 16th of December. Still no record of it being shipped. They're quick taking your money but terrible when it comes to shipping. Hopefully I'll receive it soon.

This is a process that took entirely too long so I will try to be brief. I ordered a product that their website said was "in stock". As you may have guessed from my 1 star review that it was not "in stock". Not only was it not "in stock' it was not going to be shipped by this company. I usually look at the location of the business to be sure that they will arrive in a fairly reasonable amount of time. They are in Louisville, KY; I am in Dayton, OH (a 5ish hour round trip). After waiting a full week to receive a notice of my product being shipped, I decided to contact the sellers. Much to my surprise, they had NO IDEA when the product was being shipped because it was not going to be shipped by them. Great. I believe that was on a Thursday or Friday. Assuming they were not going to be able to respond over the weekend I contacted them (with expectation of receiving a response on Monday, they did) in an attempt to cancel my order, since I was not certain the order would be shipped in time. Remember, they still do not know when the order will be shipped. They seemed genuine in their attempt to cancel the order, even stating that they always want the customer to be happy. This was a flat out lie. Not only did they respond later wanting me to confirm that I wanted to cancel the order, which I responded about as fast as one can over email, the delay certainly made it so that the other company that was shipping the order already fulfilled the order. Great. I can't blame the other company (located near the Vermont and New York border) since they are doing their job, fairly well I would assume. The package was delivered in two days, but the entire process took two weeks. This is incredible considering the product was "in stock". The best part of the story is their incredibly generous return policy. They will not refund shipping costs ($12) nor will they cover the return cost (about $11). Considering the cost of the product in total was about $25 I would have a total refund of about $2. Great. So, I have a product I couldn't use and had to scramble to find another way to produce my dish. Great. Overall, a wonderful way to waste time and money. I would only order from them again if I had over a month to receive what I wanted. Even then, probably not. Bad service, slow shipping, expensive shipping.

We are so happy with our Lamber commercial dishwasher! Our rep from GoFood Service, Isaiah, took fantastic care of us from start to finish. Their prices are so much better than had we of purchased this in a store in Anchorage. The quality is fantastic and everything has worked great. We will absolutely be buying from them again! We even had a friend do a custom wrap in order to match our appliances!

I needed a flower cooler for my business and go food service went above and beyond for me. I need a certain size and I needed it quickly, they found the right equipment and got it shipped extremely fast. They even got it in writing from the cooler manufacturer that my warranty wouldn’t be voided because I had to remove the handles to get it through the door. I am very grateful and highly recommend buying through Go Food Service.

Great experience! Had an issue with FedEx damage and I got in touch with customer service. They were on top of it from the very beginning. I know a few companies that could learn a thing or two from these guys.
