I went in walked around for an hour with no one asking me if I needed help but I guess that explains that when the season is getting started and everyone is buying new equipment oddly enough I was the only one in the store. Golf Headquaters at 13110 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40243 will take great care of you, stop in and see them I did and they were packed but had enough employees that the was little to no wait.

Me, my boyfriend, and his buddy came in here planning on spending a lot of money but we were highly disappointed in a couple employees. The guys at the back register one named Nick and the other one running the simulators are absolutely horrible and had the worst customer service i have seen/ experienced. We asked for a bay after spending 600 plus dollars and they said nothing was available until after 4 pm (2 hours later) and then immediately gave someone who just walked in a 10 minute wait. The only reason we decided to purchase a few things was the Assistant Manager at the front register named Lee he is the only employee in the whole store that is even worth talking too/ working with.

I went into the store trying to resolve an issue with an insurance claim. The three workers I interacted with were all helpful, knowledgeable, & efficient. The manager in particular took care of me & helped find the best option for me. Thank you so much! Great store. Great location.

My husband is a beginner golfer and needed to purchase a new beginner level, budget friendly driver and 3 wood… Joey (I believe was his name) helped him so much by giving him his undivided attention and expertise. My husband was able to find clubs that worked for him at a great price thanks to his help!

Love the new women’s golf apparel. For those of us who are seniors the new skirts are longer, just above knee, pockets are deeper and the under shorts are longer as well. Thank you Adrienne for getting these in!!! Awesome.

Absolutely terrible experience getting my clubs gripped. The guy at the back register was extremely rude. On top of that, the other guy in the back was incredibly judgemental about the fact that I purchased grips online to be installed in the store. I play a couple times a month during the summer with a set of hand me down clubs so it doesn't make sense for me to purchase premium grips. What makes it worse is they did an incredibly sloppy job, undoubtedly because the grips I bought weren't good enough for them. Can't believe I paid for this but I won't be back. It is really disappointing how they treat average Joe golfers but I'm not surpised. Congratulations you work at golf galaxy.

dude in the back with longer dark hair and a serious tan line on his face is rude. turn around time for shafts is awful and they have 0 selection for iron shafts

They don't have Taylormade shaft adapters in stock. So they have to reuse the old one. But I'll have to take it in for that.

I scheduled an iron fitting and could not be more happy with the service that Eli provided. He took the time needed to make sure everything was tweaked and sized correctly. He went above and beyond to make sure the irons were fitted correctly. A+

I wonder what the reaction would be if a male called a female customer and called them dear? Why was it okay for the female manager to call me dear as I went out the door?
