The up charge in prices is CRAZY. Goodwill is forgetting about the customers. I’m truly disappointed in the company.

Greedy company. Prices are getting ridiculous. They don't even offer bags now. Don't tell me it's to help the environment. Its just another way for them to cut costs so they can profit. I'll find somewhere else to donate my stuff. Somewhere where people who truly need help will get it.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill. I don't know that I will ever have a favorite Goodwill anymore. The pricing has tripled on some items and quadrupled on others. There doesn't seem to be a method to the madness of their pricing. Literally one shirt was $7, and an almost identical shirt was $10. (No name brand difference, or anything) I got 5 items for $56. And then to add insult to injury, they have now gone bagless. If they are going to charge retail/online pricing the least they can do is supply a bag. If Goodwill wants to go bagless and charge for bags then they need to have Aldis like pricing.

This place is unbelievable. Prices have gone up so much. And, I had a plaque that had the original price tag of $2.50 on it and Goodwill was charging $5.00. WHERE is the GOODWILL in that?

I was able to purchase a brand new pair of American Eagle jeans, and a Keurig 2.0 (very gently used) for $20. The retail value of the jeans alone is $45. I know people like to make snap judgements on Goodwill's pricing, but I'd say I got a really good deal 😅. The store was clean, well stocked, and fairly priced. Their employees were friendly as well!

I was shopping in the store on Sunday the 16th . That will be the last time I go in that goodwill . The cashier was very aggressive to the point I felt threatened and in safe . He asked if i wanted to round up my purchase 93 cents I politely declined . He then proceeded to ask three more times and insisted that I give at least 4 cents . He then stated his bonuses are based off getting these round ups . 1 you don’t talk to people that way . I literally thought he was going to come over the counter at me . This dude was literally trying to bully me over Pennie’s . I shop at good will a lot . That was the 3rd store I had been to that day . I give and round up all the time but at my convenience. I don’t think I will be back in that store . Very rude and confrontational employees work there . Shane Shane do better .

Prices are getting outrageous. Some of the t-shirts now range from 2.99 normal price to 6.99. This is way too high, especially for a “nonprofit store.” Lower your prices, you’re gonna sell more and attract more customers.
