Goodwill is a small but lively store that offers a variety of items for shoppers. Visitors often find a mix of used clothing, furniture, and household items. While the selection of clothing can sometimes be limited, especially in seasonal items, there are occasional hidden treasures like cookware and unique pieces. Prices can vary; some reviews note that they have increased over time and may be higher than other stores like Home Goods or TJ Maxx, making it less appealing for bargain hunters looking for used clothing. The store is known for its friendly staff who provide helpful and personable service. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the chance to chat with staff and fellow shoppers. During certain times, especially tax season, the store is full of donated furniture, dishes, books, and decorative items, offering great deals on furniture like china cabinets and bookshelves, and household essentials such as pots, pans, and crystal. Although the store can feel overwhelming to some due to its size and busy environment, many find it rewarding to browse and discover unique or useful items. Overall, Goodwill is a good place for those seeking affordable furnishings, household goods, or a fun thrifting experience, especially when the store is full of donations during tax season. The friendly staff and the variety of items make it worth a visit.
Nice but not my choice. Small selection and prices too high for used clothing. I like the one in St Matthews Better. Dressing rooms are nice too. Better selection I think. Just my opinion and I'm a Fresh & So Clean Clean Lady 😁

I was in the store being my frugal self. Lol but for real. I was exhausted by the time I went to check out. One kind and hospitable worker showed me where the restroom was. And the guy at the register helped me with an item. So greatful for my finds and the 5star customer service. 😀Now time for a nap lol.
