I had a horrible experience today....I made an appointment to have my break pads replaced and to get an oil change. When I arrived, I reiterated that I wanted the break pads replaced because they had already checked them the last 2 times I was in. 2 hours later, I checked on my vehicle and was told they were wrapping up. When I verified what was done, they said just the oil change. I reminded them I wanted the break pads replaced. This was the THIRD time I had to tell them this! They then informed me they didn't have the parts, but could get them in about 30-45 min...So it would be another 90+ min. I dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 am, and I didn't leave there until almost SIX HOURS LATER!! What should have been a simple, routine service took up my entire morning and afternoon, all because I was NOT listened to. Goodyear made me feel like a number and yet they gladly took my money ....But when presented with an opportunity to make something right, they failed miserably. No one even apologized until I said how dissatisfied I was .... No credit voucher for future service was given...NOTHING! If I treated my customers like this, I would be out of business. This is a good place with good people. I had my car in last week for a blown tire and they got my car ready that day. I spent more than I expected due to needing brakes and rotors and saw that the road hazard warranty was declined. I reached out to Goodyear and Jason got back to me and said they put the road hazard warranty on the tire. It gave me a lot of peace of mind that I’m covered if that tire goes. I initially got a little upset because I had to borrow money to pay for the work. But it was nothing intentional it was just an accident and Goodyear took care of it. Thanks, to Goodyear and Jason.

They are ripping people off with prices. $700 for labor and $400 for a single part which at auto store is $100 which they buy it from and charging ridiculous taxes as well. They are taking people's money without hesitation. Watch your prices people or you will be wasting your money entirely.

I had a huge gash in my tire and at 2:30pm on a Sunday started frantically calling around to get new tires so I could go to work on Monday. Cody answered the phone, almost instantly had options of in stock tires, and said if you can get here ASAP we will get them done for you today. They had all four tires changed over in 1 1/2 hours. So thank you Cody & the rest of y'all for being an absolute life savers.

Had two new tires installed and an alignment and they did a great job. Car drives straight as an arrow and work was done quickly as well. Very satisfied with my experience, will definitely return here in the future!
Edit: Just came back for an alignment on another car, the staff was very helpful and one of the techs was nice enough to stay late to get the job done. Very thankful for this shop!

Leaking tires after replacement. They can’t fix it right away. Have to schedule it out and wait a day or two because they already have my money and want yours first.

I had a nightmare situation happen on the way back home from picking up a car in Kentucky. There was a rock on the interstate that blew out the sidewall of my front tire and I needed to have it replaced on a Sunday. The team here was very helpful and understanding and were able to squeeze me in. I really appreciate the help and was able to get back home. Thank you.

The employees don't know what they are doing. We had a problem. I asked them to replace the starter, and they told me to replace the battery. I spent $300 to replace it. I still had a problem, and then they said the starter needed to be replaced. I don't know if it is a scam or what you call it. I took my money back. I replaced my starter in the other shop in 15 minutes. My car is running fine now.

3 stars because we've had 5 star experiences and 1 star experiences. The employees are good and have been helpful, but the company doesn't seem to have its act together. Twice we've used the online scheduler, came at our scheduled time to find out the scheduler wasn't updated and we would have to come back. And the price is never what we agree to. The last time we were overcharged from the quoted price by about $40 for a $35 service. We won't be back.

I had a flat tire today while in town to pick up people from the airport. I live more than an hour away. The folks here were so friendly and said they would do their best to work me in. And they did! I appreciate their service and their friendliness.
