Dropped car off by 9am on appointment. Didn’t receive their call until I reached out to them after 7hrs. Told me the car is ready, in perfect condition and they couldn’t find any problem. I arrived there and asked the technician to give me two minutes of his time. He found the problem in less time and advised the car is un-drivable and should be towed to the dealership. Question. What were yall doing for 7hrs? Car is ready and good to go in 1 min and then car should be towed in the next min?Now I know why their stores are closing down.ZERO STAR if possible. Wasted my whole day.Got in the car and drove off while they were all watching.

I have brought my car here for several years and the service has been ok. Brought it up last night to have them check the brakes and they call this morning to tell me someone attempted to steal my and several other catalytic converters. Your car is not safe being left here overnight. They stated they have no cameras which is ridiculous for this company. If you look through the reviews I’m not the first person this has happened to. Take your car somewhere else where it will be safer.

I was traveling from out of town and was getting a low tire alert. They filled and checked my tires at no charge as soon as I arrived.Very friendly and helpful staff.

These guys operate on customer service and honesty, which I really appreciate. Because of that, there was no question where to take my truck for a significant fuel issue that left me on the side of the interstate. The guys diagnosed it and had me back on the road in no time. They called me with updates every step of the way and went above and beyond to give me peace of mind. The professionalism in this shop starts with the manager and reflects in each employee. 100% recommend.

Had my car for 7 days. Said they couldn't find the AC leak. Just refilled it with freon , but it will leak out again.Never fixed the engine problem. Said it was the wheel bearing they repaired, but I told them it made the noise sitting in park. Lack of effort contacting my service warranty company. Car was ready for pick up and sat in the parking lot for 4 days.Now, a day later, my AC still doesn't work!So after taking it back and having to rent a car for half a day. They fixed it.

I have done business up here on a very consistent basis. I usually deal with Sean who is an amazing experience to deal with. He communicates effectively and is very knowledgeable. This last particular time however Sean was not in the building. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I am greeted by a gentleman that visibly displays unhappiness and frustration. While dealing with this employee I find out he is not a manager and also not a very good communicator either. If someone greets customers and is the face of your retail operation then the experience is what should be sold and integrity displayed. As someone with a consistent history of doing business with Goodyear this was an absolutely awful experience from a store I know is capable of better. We will see if I return in the future.

Don't waste your money!! They replaced something different than what we brought in the car for, then we noticed the part wasn't fixed and took it back immediately, within 3 minutes of driving away. They said it would cost extra to fix what we had originally asked for! We had already paid for the fix, then we were told we had to wait 3 days to talk to the manager, and he still was not any help, didn't admit to making a mistake, and did not attempt to make it right by us. Very sad experience. Paid over $500 and still have the issue we went in to have addressed. Please test drive your car before paying!!Specifically, we brought a car in to get a noise resolved which apparently was caused by bad rear shocks. On the phone they told my husband that replacing the control arm would resolve the issue we asked about, so he okayed it. Obviously we didn't know what that part is, which is why you take your car to a mechanic, right? Turns out they didn't even check the rear noise that we pointed out because as soon as we picked the car up, we could still hear the noise. We take it back hoping they would fix it, since that is what we asked to have fixed, only reasonable expectation here for them to fix what we had already PAID for them to fix, which was over $500 by the way. They said the part they fixed needed to be fixed as well, and fixing what we initially brought it in to be fixed was going to cost extra. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager doesn't seem to understand how what they did was their mistake, and they didn't make it right after we gave them the chance and asked them to make it right. Situations like these are why we can't trust mechanics anymore. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, what it's upsetting is that they didn't even say sorry or admit to wrongdoing , which is so unprofessional. They could have easily made it right for us, instead they made us feel like we were wrong for feeling like they ripped us off. Which they did. We looked up the part and is inexpensive, my husband will probably end up fixing it himself, it would have been so easy for them to own up to their mistake and make it right by the customer. Now they have lost multiple customers for this. We consulted with several people and everyone agrees that we are right to feel upset about this. In no other industry would this have happened and be considered okay; it will be so hard for us to trust any Goodyear now. So, until they get a more understanding manager and staff that knows how to own up to their mistakes and miscommunication, I would not recommend going here to waste your money.

Wow, I have to say that Aaron Mills and the Crew at Goodyear in Fern Creek KY, are just exceptional. Nothing means more to me than a Mechanic who is Honest. That is Number ONE priority. They originally quoted me what they thought was like 300 dollars in parts with 300 or so in labor and later found out that the problem could be solved another MUCH cheaper way. They could have just left it that way, and did all the extra work and made MORE money, but they called me and explained a better cheaper way. This is as GOOD as it gets with Auto repair in my opinion. I value Honesty and someone looking out for me as a consumer ABOVE all else. Big Props to Aaron and the Goodyear Fern Creek team for treating me RIGHT on my Old beat up 94 Ford Ranger. Thanks again!!! Much appreciated.

I hit a concrete traffic island in the middle of a parking lot after hours, bending the edge of my wheel into and causing an unrepairable cut in the sidewall. I brought it to this Goodyear store at 7 a.m. the next morning. Service Manager Sean Berry retrieved my tire, brought it inside and said they would look at it as soon as a general technician came in. Mr. Berry called just after 8 to tell me about the cut and suggested a reasonably priced new tire to replace it. This is where most shops try to sell you four new tires. Sean didn’t. I was back on the road with a new tire by 8:15 a.m. That’s how you earn repeat customer business, not gouging them or “selling them a job.”

Weeks ago, I had my brakes done and I have to say these guy did a great job, from start to finish. Not to mention the price was affordable and I have warranty for my brakes.Long story short, I was going to take my car to the Ford dealership but those guys couldn't even be bothered to return a phone call.Anyways, Goodyear was the way to go and I got my car back in a decent time too.All around, good vehicle service, good customer service, and good prices.Highly recommend this Goodyear location.
