TERRIBLE customer service. My wife had surgery last week and will need a hospital bed for about a month. Called Friday and set up delivery for Monday and arranged for someone to be at house. Called back this morning at 8:30 AM when they were supposed to be open and got phone tree message. Left a message for the customer service rep I spoke to previously and never got a call back. The discharge planner at the hospital was able to get through midmorning and we both talked to someone who said they cannot give an approximate time for delivery of the bed and had no way of getting ahold of the delivery driver (if you believe that). We have been waiting all day for the bed to be delivered and it now looks like she will have to stay in the hospital another night.

There's some deals? Consumer Service and or the order processing department, is not user' friendly. Whenever' you need ordering help or invoice follow-up's. You were warned?

David was 5 star. Only reason for a 4,star overall was him showing up just 5-10 minutes after we got home. Your rep at the hospital told us to call him when we got home and someone would be here im 3-4 hours. We had never called you to say we were home and thus did not expect him. He just showed up. After he was gone I did see 2 texts that he was on the way. I obviously had not see them before he arrived. Communication should be an easy fix for your next customer. Thank you.

They always have my back. Delivery the next day and in a pinch the same day. We had a power outage that was going to last for a couple of days. I couldn’t use my concentrator so I started using my small tanks which were not going to last very long, so within three hours they brought out the large tanks for me to get me through the up coming days.

giving one star only because cannot give any less (would if i could). i have patronized Gould's for any type of assistive device - mobility scooter, rollator, braces, durable medical equipment - for my parents, myself & my partner for many years, but no longer - & reading over other recent reviews, it seems i am not the only person dissatisfied. Since Gould's was sold to AdaptHealth around 4 years ago, customer service has steadily declined & the response to equipment orders &/or repair requests have become a nightmare. our most recent experience on 11/28/2023, trying to get a warrantied repair/replacement of an essential mobility device was met with a rude - actually hateful - response from their customer service representative. i have since contacted the device manufacturer directly to let them know how i was treated & their response was great! we will be receiving necessary replacement parts within 2-3 bx days & have been given a referral to another local company for the repair. it is unfortunate a formerly reputable company such as Gould's seem to have been lost to our commuinity.

Was greeted immediately at the top of the stairs. very 'real' and welcoming. Waited only 3-4 minutes. name was called and I went right back. the lady was very thourough and explained everything clearly. questions were all answered and I left. Thank you.
