Very bad customer service. Derlei Miller and her coworker, who even refused to provide her name, were so rude and unprofessional. They don’t know anything about the products in their store. They don’t know where stuff is located in the store. They argue with customers. I’ve never received such a bad customer service before.

Nobody was helpful! Asked about a power inverter and was given the lease information! Store wasn’t even full and had just opened! If you’re not going to help people or help people find an alternative then you shouldn’t be in customer service ! ??????
