Somehow this little hardware store always has exactly what I need. From the exact size bolt, to a back door threshold seal in a 60 year old house to a water spigot rebuilt kit for a 40 year old faucet. I'm always amazed that they have what the big box stores don't. It's a shame that they no longer carry propane or I'd never need any other home improvement store. I brought them the old frames from my screen windows and they made them look brand new for a great price too.

Service was great we stopped in for propane for the motor home. We only had one choice and it was very expensive!!

I love that I'm able to shop local. The folks are always very friendly and prices are comparable to the chain stores. I've always found anything that I'm looking for here, as well.

Have most of everything your looking for . Think they name their own price at cashier cause everything listed on receipt has same name just custom input.

I want to support local businesses, even if the cost is a bit more but almost every time I have been here maybe 8 out of 10 the older gentleman has been very rude and hateful not just to me but to other customers in the store and even on the phone. Today was the last visit for me. I have always tried to be very patient and give him some slack because his health is obviously not good but it's no excuse for continually behaving sarcastically and hateful in public. He doesn't appreciate his work, the business, or my patience which i have been very generous with. He had a melt down last time I asked him to mix paint and slammed and cussed the whole time at the machine very loudly. I wanted paint today but it seemed to annoy him...he gave a couple smart remarks.. so I just left and went to Lowes. He loves to point out his hearing loss...I raised a child with hearing loss. She is very pleasant and capable. Soooo....also..his seems to be selective at times. Put him in the back and I will come back and support your business. It's too much to expect folks to put up with him over and over.

The staff was very helpful , I was very taken back at how convenient the whole experience was. To me the town of Louisville is big city as I'm from a small coal town in eastern Kentucky, but it was very inviting reccomend this store to anyone.

I have gone into the hardware store to purchase stuff and the long haired employee is just very rude when asked questions. He responds with smart alec answers. This is 3 rd time I will not be going back, even though it's the closest to my house. Lowes or home depot will get my business for now on.

Place is a joke. Dude who works the cash register is rude af. I mean what type of business owner leaves that rude guy in there to run the store all day? Place is very dirty also. Rude dude must be too lazy to clean. Not like he's busy helping the maybe one customer per hour. How does this place even stay open?

Not very friendly ive lived in the highview area over 20 years and the staff was wonderful only in last few years, just rude even over the phone..dont feel like you should say yep to your customers over the phone and just hang up and give short answers to questions..Ill go elsewhere. Lowes ..Home Depot ..Walmart etc.
