I had the worst experience of a rude young lady working the return counter while in the Home Depot on Breckenridge lane. Do not know her name. Could not see her name tag,
She did not say hello. I told her I would like to return a pack of wood screws. Told her why and she never said a word. Just started the return.
Then she stated SIGN. I realized she wanted me to sign my name on the electronic key pad. At this point she walked away to drop my return into a box. She returned got the $ for the return handed it to me and never said any thing. Not thank you not one other word!!!!!!
I have always liked shopping at Home Depot. Yet after this experience I may start driving across town to Menards.
At least there I have never been treated with such disrespect.
