“Jeff and Alicia with valet are phenomenal! The hotel is beautiful, the only thing preventing the last star for me is that I travel with a service dog and there is no grass area right here for me to take him. Comes with the downtown area for the most part, lots of interesting shops and good food.Walkability: Everything seems to be in a good waking distance.Food & drinks: Lots of food and drink options in walking distance.”

“We stayed here while visiting distilleries in Louisville! We were very impressed. The rooms were super clean, service was exceptional and the “old fashion hour” each evening was an added bonus! If we are ever back up in the Louisville area we will be sure to stay here again!”

“Awesome experience! We were at a sister hotel that wasn’t our vibe, so walked over to the Moxy to check out their availability. We were greeted by Kaylee who made the transfer seamless for us! Cant say one negative thing about the hotel or staff, everyone was great! Cassie helped us checkout and went above and beyond. Oh and the Tacos and drinks are top notch!”

“Unforgettable StayLast week, I had the pleasure of staying at the 21C Museum Hotel in Louisville, and it turned out to be an experience I felt compelled to share. In a comedic turn of events, I mistakenly booked my reservation in a completely different state. Upon realizing my blunder, I braced myself for a complicated ordeal, especially considering the hotel was hosting a large event at the time. However, what followed was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I explained my situation, the staff at Louisville’s 21C Museum Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their efficiency and willingness to help were truly remarkable, transforming what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the most memorable stays of my life.A standout mention must be made for Kevin, who was phenomenal in his support. Not only did he ensure I wasn’t charged for the mistaken booking elsewhere, but he also made certain that every aspect of my stay at Louisville was seamless and enjoyable. The attentiveness and care with which he addressed my situation were exceptional, making me feel valued and taken care of.Despite the bustling activity due to the event, the staff managed to put everything together for me on such short notice. This level of service and dedication is rare and deserves every bit of recognition. The 21C Museum Hotel in Louisville didn’t just offer me a place to stay; they provided me with an unforgettable experience that goes beyond just hospitality. It’s a reminder of how impactful genuine care and excellent service can be to travelers. For anyone looking for more than just a hotel stay, but an experience that leaves a lasting impression, 21C Museum Hotel Louisville is the place to be. My heartfelt thanks to Kevin and the entire team for their exceptional service. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and I can’t wait to return.”

“A gem of a boutique Hotel. Wonderful service from the start. Thomas Landry met us from our car and was very friendly and informative and took us and our liggage to our room. The rooms are lovely with very big bathrooms - sockets are at the side of the headboard. The Decor and artwork are impressive throughout. And don’t miss out on the Cocktails in the Swan bar/restaurant.”

“The hotel is very nice. The location is great and the service has been fantastic. I had some app issues trying to get an early check in but I went to the front desk and they were accommodating.Food in the area is great and there are tons of places to grab good food or drinks. The parking is expensive but is clearly called out on their website.Rooms: My room was nice, they gave me a corner room with lots of windows. The bed & sheets were comfortable. Bathroom and room were clean. There is a fridge and 2 bottles of water in the room, no microwaves.Walkability: Lots of stuff around, their website says 100 places to eat and I'd believe it. Most of the urban bourbon trail is closed Monday / Tuesday but a lot of restaurants and places to drink. Louisville Slugger and KFC Stadiums are within walking distance.Food & drinks: Lots of food and drinks around. The Porch on site and their bar are both good. The money bread at porch was very satisfying. Cocktails are ~15.”

“We came to see lights under Louisville and after researching this was the best hotel option. Nice hotel with a pool and hot tub. Although we didn't get to use the hot tub because of so many people. When booking I didn't realize it was located at a major highway intersection so it was a little loud at night. Also found a few small black hairs on our bedding which I'm assuming was from previous travelers since pets are permitted. There were a few small spider webs in the bathroom corner near the door. My recommendation would be relocating the towel hook right beside the bath tub/shower to a perimeter wall so nobody else slams their elbow on it like I did.”

“Awesome location in Downtown town area. Easy walk to distilleries and great restaurants. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas clean and nicely accommodated. Breakfast is just okay. If you have to grab something quick it is fine, but would recommend trying one of the other breakfast places in downtown. Our room was missing closet door, the toilet handle wasn't working and we were locked out of our room for about 45min while a nice lady from the front desk tried to reset it.”

“Conveniently located by live on fourth street. Rooms were very spacious and lovely. Started for a conference and was a bit disappointed with the coffee service (no refills or clean up through the morning). Hotel offers complimentary happy hour each day on the third floor with beer and wine options.”

“A family obligation brought my partner and me to Louisville during the snowiest part of January, but because we had the great fortune to stay at Tucker House, what might have been an ordeal turned out to be a wonderful, magical experience that neither of us will soon forget. Looking out at the snow-covered fields and trees from the cozy comfort of our room, lovingly decorated with period furniture and art, made us feel like we had been transported into an early-nineteenth century painting. And Steve and Devona’s hospitality always warmed our hearts (and bellies!) even when the temperature outside threatened to dip below zero. Those amazing breakfasts instantly won a spot in our hall-of-fame of fantastic culinary experiences. We’ve definitely found our go-to place for all future trips to Kentucky.”

“The rooms are clean and set up to be very functional with lots of hooks, liquid soap, etc. Nothing fancy. The staff were fine. Many times they were on their phones or whatever but did get up to help when I approached. It didn’t bother me but definitely wasn’t the best service I’ve had. The area was not the safest option so I was little scared to get gas at night alone. Not too many restaurants or anything close by. I loved that they did have EV charging for my car.”

“Great hotel for our stay! We came into town for a quick girls weekend and didn't really have big plans. We loved that this hotel was close to all the big attractions in Louisville and had restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and modern. There were many things I really liked about this hotel:- comfy beds- nice long couch by the big window where you could chill - full closet area- microwave and mini fridge so I could bring home leftovers - water bottle filling stations and ice makers- friendly staff- easy to use and safe feeling parking garageThe one thing I didn't love that is important to me - privacy. No fan in the bathroom and you could hear a person BREATHING in there... not ideal at all. In addition we could hear people in other rooms having *a very good time*. Overall I'd recommend a stay here, especially if you had a room to your self or were sharing with a spouse. PS. I did not know pay for this hotel so I'm not sure how fair pricing was. My friend booked through her timeshare program.”

“Doug, the security guard, asked me if I needed anything. When I told him I was hoping to get some coffee, but the coffee shop was closed he went out of his to get a cappucino for me from the restaurant. So kind!”

“Very nice hotel, rooms are large and very comfortable. Close to the airport, looked like the offer a shuttle to the airport as well. My only complaint is don’t get a room on the highway side. It can be a little noisy with all the cars flying by. Other than that it was a wonderful ”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Louisville Northeast, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I've had my fair share of hotel stays, and this one truly stood out.Upon arriving at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were friendly and efficient in the check-in process. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions, making me feel welcome and well-informed about my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed. I stayed in a suite, and I was impressed by the layout and design. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the overall cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The suite also had a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a great convenience, especially for longer stays or for those who prefer to prepare their meals. One of the highlights of this hotel is its excellent location. Situated in the Louisville Northeast area, it was close to many attractions and restaurants. Whether I wanted to explore downtown Louisville, visit the Kentucky Derby Museum, or enjoy a nice meal at a local eatery, everything was within a short drive from the hotel.Another aspect that I found commendable was the complimentary breakfast. The hotel offered a variety of options, from hot items like scrambled eggs and sausages to fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to start the day.The staff throughout my stay were attentive and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered a fitness center, which I found to be well-equipped and accessible. It was a great way to stay active during my trip. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi throughout the property was reliable, which was essential for both work and leisure purposes. In conclusion, I highly recommend TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Louisville Northeast to fellow travelers. It's a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel with excellent service and amenities. Whether you're visiting Louisville for business or leisure, this hotel provides a welcoming and enjoyable stay. “I will start off by saying that this hotel is owned and operated by The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, which makes sense as it is on the campus. The hotel does not have the same amenities as a Hilton or a Marriott, but the rooms are clean.”

“The place is older but still in great shape. The pull out couch was very comfortable. my only complaint was that on our last night of a 3 night stay, kids stayed across the hall and were very loud. Other than that, it was a great stay and we will stay again next year. Perfect location to food, shopping, and entertainment.Rooms: The rooms were spacious and clean.Nearby activities: The mall, smaller stores, fast food, and grocery stores are right down the street.”

“If I could give this hotel a no star, I would. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had disgusting rooms. Hair and stains in both the first room and the room we moved to. The breakfast selection was tasteless and scarce. The coffee was gross. The breakfast wait stuff was friendly though, and she did a good job keeping the breakfast area clean. The toilet paper was super cheap and hurt my vagina. I would recommend you bring your own toilet paper. The pool was cloudy and small. The hot tub was broke too. And the pool open times are NOT convenient. The foreign staff working the night shift was very hard to understand, I kept having to respond with leaning my head in closer saying "what?" "Repeat that please". When we had issues with our room he pretended to "call" a manager but it was clear you heard no ringing and it was fake. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Not worth my time or money. My family and I will stay at a drury inn next time.We booked online through their hotel website and was told couldn't comp anything and said they couldn't do anything at all for all of our inconvenience and disgust because it was through a third party (their hotel website). Biggest rip off yet.Rooms: We were In room 207 but the bathroom in our room had long and short black hairs all over the bathroom and pubic hair in the shower. The manager working the front desk had bad English and also told us he couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff was day shift only. I had to suggest we move rooms because he didn't know what to do about it. Then the next room we moved into was room 205 and there was stains on the floor. The air didn't work. There was hair in the foyer and in the bathroom again. The mini fridge was dirty and had a pubic hair in it. And my 3 and 4 year old had to sleep on the pull out couch with a blood stain on the extra blanket they had in the closet.Walkability: No convenient stores near by. We had to drive 10 minutes to walmart for Ear drops and feminine hygiene products.”

“The hotel was very nice and clean. Full sized refrigerator with a small kitchen. The bed was so comfortable. The only issue I had was checking in. I was by myself as a young female and the front desk man was less than professional. He was texting on his personal phone ti make sure my room was ready and making me wait until it was confirmed ready. I didn’t understand this whatsoever and I really felt like he was luring me to my room. I was too nervous to head up to my room alone so I left and waited for my husband and myself to return together at a later time. After all, our stay was great. The guy was just weird.”

“My stay at the Myriad Hotel was absolutely dreamy! The pool view room was so bright and airy, and I loved how they maintained the historic charm while keeping the decor chic and simple. The cocktails at Switchboard were so good, Celeste, the bartender, was fantastic- the girl can make a mean cocktail! The entire staff made my stay magical, and my room was spotlessly clean. Already planning my next visit! Highly recommend this hotel.”
