Honestly, I could've just filed my own taxes but I had hopes of getting a refund advance with H&R. The fees are outrageous and I received a denial for the loan due to them not being able to verify my identity so now I'm questioning if my information was entered correctly. The woman who filed my taxes wasn't very helpful, I was constantly signing things but there was no clear instruction on what I needed to do exactly as I've never filed with H&R. I will never do service again. Thanks anyways.
