Wonderful experience overall. The staff was courteous and professional. Clean working environment and office space easily assessable. Tori was very helpful and determined to get me the maximum refund amount possible. Thank God for Jackson Hewitt and the staff at this location. Definitely will recommend this location to family and friends. Can't wait to file taxes come next year to relive the experience. The future of my immediate household has been boosted by the help of my tax professional. So much gratitude for Ms. Tori and her staff at the Lytle street location. God bless!

Stopped by today to ask a Question, and Thankfully I had the Pleasure to speak to Tory Miller....Not only was she Nice, Polite, and Friendly but Answered My Question!! I Almost felt guilty that I used another Jackson Hewitt location to get my taxes done already....Well there's Always next year? Great Job..Asset to the Company 5 Stars!!!!!!

Tory and the receptionist at the desk as you walk in as just such sweet women. They are what make filing taxes a breeze and stress free keep up the good work ladies at 22nd and lytle (Lou,KY)
