Jefferson Mall is a nice, spacious mall with plenty of stores and lots of selections for shopping. Anchor stores include JCPenney and Dillards, and there are new tenants like a barber shop, a candy shop, and a video game shop called Round 1, which features a bowling alley. The mall has a great food court and a play area for kids. Recent improvements have led to better stores, a cleaner environment, and lower traffic. There is a security presence inside, though there has been some trouble recently, including a past shooting, so visitors are advised to stay aware of their surroundings. While generally positive, some note issues with security measures. The shopping experience is fine with good prices and good sales, making it a place worth another shot for those who haven't visited in a while.
I live in this area for years and the Hallmark card store was one of my favorite store.

Just shopped at Remix Shoe Store!!! Definitely a great experience from apparel to shoes!!!!!!! Next time you go to Jefferson Mall stop by!!

I grew up in Louisville and remember going to this mall as a teenager. I took my 9 year old there today and we had a great time. She did the bungee jumping which she enjoyed. We got a smoothie at the food court and browsed around Dillards. Bathrooms and stores looked clean and we had fun. Will be back
