Do not come to this location because the workers are rude and accuse you of stealing. I had items in my basket that I had just paid for, and they wanted to get behind my car, almost getting hit and almost breaking my window. These old women need to go back to the nursing home where they belong. No wonder they're losing their jobs. Don’t waste your money on these old folks; they are greedy and do not care about your service.

This location, and all others throughout the US are closing (been calling it for months). Usually with store closures the lines will be long, so timing is important. Staff assistance from workers will be hard to get, as they are understaffed. Get whatever you want while the getting is good. But BE WARNED, they are NOT accepting coupons (sorry loyalty members). they state that all items in store are 20% off, they are NOT! And all sales are FINAL!
Be kind to others and to the staff.
Oh and their phone lines are already disconnected.

For yarn shoppers: don’t come here expecting to let your creativity run wild deciding what kind of color patterns you should do. They only had about 25% of their yarn in stock on the shelves. The trip was a complete disappointment.

I'm sorry, I don't understand going to a fabric store and finding the thread rack empty. The store often seems in disarray and short on fundamental sewing notions. With the closing of multiple stores nationwide I hope some stock gets sent to this store

Came for the yarn sale, they had nothing left, so I decided to go in the restroom, and it smelled awful. It was disgusting. I’ve been in better restrooms at gas stations. The store has been a total disaster. The last few times I have been in, I won’t be back. All my business will be with hobby lobby from here on out,and I buy a lot of yarn for my Etsy shop that I’ve had for over 10 years

I was disappointed in the store.. Went yesterday..12/27/2024..a lot of empty merchandise.. maybe due to a sale I don't know.. The clerk was VERY helpful and kind.. The bathroom was dirty. And not cleaned for awhile..

Oh my. This used to be my favorite, but to say it's gone down hill is an understatement. Like the pictures shown in the review before mine, it's a nightmare. Boxes, pallets, empty shelves, and just trash everywhere. I've been in 3 times in the last 6 months and it's been the same everytime. I've waited on a review, hoping it was just a bad time. Unfortunately it's not.

Went to look for a couple of items. Have always had a good experience at this store, so I expected this time to be no different. Boy was I wrong. They had two, maybe three people working in the WHOLE store. It literally looked and felt like a bomb went off with things everywhere and shelves empty. Not sure what is going on with the management nowadays, but it’s a huge disappointment.

I came specifically to this location because they had 17 in stock of the yarn I needed. It wasn’t on the shelf and when I asked about it, she said they wouldn’t go check for it in the back. So I asked about doing mobile pick up and coming back for it in a couple days when they had spare time, and she said that if I did this they would cancel my order. Even though they have the product on hand

The shelves were mostly empty and they always have same checkout lady which there is always a long line to checkout. I could not wait for the few things I did find because checkout line was long and checkout is so slow.

Barely any yarn, absolutely not a single crochet hook in the store. It’s kind of shocking how awfully stocked they are. Won’t come back here for yarn supplies if I can help it.
