Best tank wash in the area. They get you in and out. They don't cater to no one trucking company like quala wash 5 minutes away with Bynum trucking.. every truck is a priority

Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bruce. We were asking about tank washout prices because this would have been our first time utilizing their facility. "$450" was his answer. But stated it might cost more. I asked how much more, and he rudely stated he "didn't know, depending on severity of cleanout." I understand being busy and needing to go, but if I spoke to my customers like that or didn't give them the time of day, I'd be out of business. There is no need to be rude and condescending. He claimed to be the one who was the owner / in charge. Not going to get much business with a negative, hasty attitude like that, sir. Remember, sir, you are in the position you're in because small companies like myself bring our trucks to your facility to be cleaned out. Which has subsequently given you the opportunity to be prosperous. Don't forget where you came from and that customer service is key. From one business owner to another, humble yourself, my friend. You're never better than the next man. Seems to be an attitude we should all adopt in society, and maybe we would all have a much more positive approach to our daily activities....Mr. Bruce.
