Kroger/springhurst says they cater to high class people..They won't pay their employees for the hours they worked try to blame on mail carrier. I've called and asked for my little 19 hour check from this multi million dollar corporation and they hang up on me....I'm glad Publix is coming I bet they don't cheat their workers

The one start is for the liquor store; Judy in particular. I was told today that it's a VIP store and she hold bottles behind the counter for her VIP. First, it's not her store! Second, she is holding onto bottles when there is a customer ready to put cash on the table. Bad for Kroger. I've had this experience several times since moving here 3 years ago. I just wonder what she gets out of it.

Store manager Alice unprofessional/not knowledgeable about the product. I asked her about opening a coconut and she became irritated and walked away at the simple request. I see why the yelp reviews and store reviews are low. Needs new management and the store needs a lift. Its congested and filthy dirty.

I'll give this store two stars but only for the grocery part. Today me and my cousin went into the liquor store part of this store and we're looking around. She grabbed her beer and went to the counter. Her beer rang up for the wrong price. So I went back to the same spot we picked it up from to make sure it was in the right place. Before I could even tell my cousin anything the Kroger lady just started yelling at me for no reason. When I asked her not to yell at me she proceeded to get louder. She's lucky I did not talk to her manager. This is not the first time this lady has been rude to a customer. I've been in customer service for a few years now and I know for a fact if I would have done that to a customer I would have been fired on the spot. Because of this Karen we will no longer shop at this store

I ordered two fruit trays for my son's birthday party . I get there and guess what they are not made . the two employees were very nice but told me their manager was on vacation so no one was there to check email orders ....to make it better I watched both employees speak to the manager on duty, and the manager never once came and spoke to me . sounds like you need a back up system when someone is off and also better customer service from management .

Learn to pick the orders right. If it's buy one get one then why do you give one! And when you call the store it's impossible getting a hold of someone. We use pick up every week. And it's usually good. But needs to pay attention to what's on the order and have common sense!!!

I ordered a retirement cake online from the New Cut Road store in Louisville, KY. Imagine my dismay when we went to pick it up at the date and time ordered and the lady said "I don't have that one". Showed her my online receipt and she said "Sometimes it takes 30 days for us to get the online orders". Not sure why it allows you to schedule a pickup date and time for them to not receive the order. The saddest part of the whole situation was that the lady truly did not care and acted very rudely to a customer. Never been so disappointed in Kroger!

We have been shopping the Auburndale Kroger location since it opened many years ago, and using clicklist since covid started in trying to do our part not to spread the virus. At first they did a great job. The items we selected were provided and if not, the substitutions made sense. Items were packed in the trunk well. Fast forward to October 2020 and my last two trips to the grocery have been a disaster. Last night, we opened the trunk to what looked like a garbage dump. Items were tossed in, literally. A great many items such as boxes of cereal werent even bagged. Cans and boxes were crushed by the CASES OF WATER tossed on top of them. My daughter went into the store to purchase a few things as well, and items they said were not available, were actually there, so she finished our shopping. Doesnt that defeat the purpose though of trying to be safe? I have always expected more from this store and they delivered. Now though, we will be switching to Central Station. We did complain the last trip to the grocery, and we were offered a 5.00 credit. Seriously? If Krogers is that desperate then they need it more than we do, so we didnt claim it. That wouldnt even cover the damaged items from last nights order as we had to toss several cans and boxes. I am just DONE!

The little clinic is a joke. I didn’t even know I had a bill that I never gotten. They wouldn’t see! You all need to check ur self again. People out here trying to make their self feel better and u won’t see them cause they have an outstanding bill and they never knew bout. Come on now! Never ever I will come back to the little clinic

We have been ordering our groceries on line and picking them up since the beginning of COVID. All in all we are pleased and really appreciate the service. I don't like not being able to pick my own, vegetables, meat, fruit and a few other things for again for the most part we have been very pleased with the service. They are accommodating with substitutions and if something is wrong they will make it right. The girls (usually) who bring the groceries to the car are always friendly, pleasant and helpful. IT has been so hot I know it must be a tough job. We really appreciate Kroger waiving the service fee during this difficult time. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes when we pick up. I would recommend this service to anyone who is at risk of the virus or has difficultly shopping. I am 64 and am just not willing to take the risk of grocery shopping when this service is available. thanks again.
