I have enjoyed this Kroger for the past ten years but within the last several months it seems to have gone downhill quickly. The large woman at the customer service desk treats customers horribly. The new employees seem to be far different from the former ones in that they are rude and condescending. The bag person with the blue hair (not sure if male or female) is extremely rude so I watched from afar and noticed that the rudeness is only to white females. Discrimination is horrible regardless of skin color, etc. I highly recommend new management and perhaps new human resources.

The heavy set lady (I think she's the manager) at the customer service desk is a complete IDIOT!!! Zero customer service skills or communication skills! Why is she even at the customer service desk???? Btw, there was a lady returning yogurts that she just bought yesterday that expired in NOVEMBER!!!! Today is December 20. What does this say about this store???? THEY DON'T CARE!!!

the pharmacy assistants take forever and are overage, they can hardly understand a word you say. they also close up early without notice every night and leave people without perscriptions

I typically go to a much larger Kroger near my house but this one on Linn Station is very close to work. It's nice to have a quick place to stop for random things like cards, flowers, lunch if you forgot lunch, etc. The gas station is convenient. There is also a blood pressure machine near the pharmacy.

Do not shop here!! If you pay in cash you will not get your change. I was told a percentage went on my Kroger Plus card. They kept the rest. No sign anywhere. I call BS

I normally don't shop this Kroger and will not again until their change policy goes away. I paid cash and was told I would not get my coins back. I was owed ,48 but .29 was loaded on my plus card. Where is the other ,19? No I am not cheap but come on. If this happens to hundreds of not thousands of customers a day they is a pretty sizeable amount of money!! How can this be justified? There was no sign stating this!! Crooked

Store employees are helpful and nice. Wish i could say the same of the pharmacy workers. Many times they do not have the medication in stock or just give me one days worth saying they are not allowed to give out full amount of meds since they do not have many. The doctor called at 8 AM to fill an eye prescription today. I finally called at 12:45 saying i did not hear from them and would like to pick it up. Not only did they not call me to tell me they do not have it in stock, they didn't bother calling other Krogers to see if they have it in stock. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Make sure you check the dates on infant formula, they're selling expired product. I've noticed 2 containers in the last week.

I enjoy my neighborhood Kroger and glad of its size, not too small, not too big, but just right. They have anything I'd need like the bigger Kroger's and they are the size where you can get in and out fast with the great service of a small store. When they are busy, lines can go deep into the rows. But good thing they have self check out to cut the time in half. I'll continue to hit up this Kroger as long as I live down the street.

First off, I miss Kroger! Since moving there aren't any in my area. Upon returning home for a visit I came to this Kroger to buy Bloomer's Chili Powder to take back home with me. It was right where I expected it to be and they had plenty. The store was clean and organized. The staff at the Western Union Desk was awesome and friendly and helped me get my Kroger card to work. When I checked out prior to that in the regular line I was typing in my "alternate number" for my kroger points (well my mom's since I don't live near a Kroger anymore) it wasn't working. I proceeded to try 3 other phone numbers I knew should work and the clerk said nothing. Not even a suggestion that the system might be down. I proceeded to pull out an app I had that had my kroger card saved in it and sure enough when he scanned it everything worked. He was very impersonal and made me feel like maybe I was doing something wrong. When I finally went over to western union and told him what happened, he started to explain the system had gone down and that scanning would work but not the phone numbers. I gave 4/5 because I really wish the first guy would have even acknowledged the machine not working properly instead of letting me stand there trying 4/5 phone numbers. But I wasn't in a rush and the store was fairly empty so maybe it didn't bother him?

Absolutely the worst Kroger and Kroger Pharmacy I have dealt with in the 5 states I've lived. While you do have a good pharmacist and 1 good tech, the others just don't care and don't want to do any work - literally. They will shut the drive thru window for being understaffed, not answer the phone, and goodness only knows if something is filled at the wrong Kroger location at no fault of your own, they blame everyone else and basically tell you it's easier to go to that location and pick it up after arguing about it. This is also the worst Kroger store - it's too small and their shelves are always empty. They literally have no idea how to stock or forecast at all. I've talked to the manager and several Team Leaders over a 2 month period regarding 1 product that the other stores were getting weekly, but they couldn't do. Today they're out of another item because they didn't stock enough and since it went on sale, it was gone literally in 1 hr for pretzels. The people are not friendly or care at all as well. Pick another location or better yet - change to a different company!

I've gone on record numerous times regarding not being a fan of Kroger. That's generally improving, in large part due to the remodels and updates to several in the area. This location, however, is a prime example of the kind of Kroger that helped instill my dislike of the chain. This store, while in a pretty prime location (being right off the expressway) is small. It's small, it seems cramped, it could stand a remodel, and always seems cluttered. There's an expression my parents used to use: 10 pounds of s*** in a 5 pound bag. That's the feeling I get when I visit this store. It's oddly laid out, making finding some things a task. The personnel I've encountered have always been helpful, to the point of actually walking me to the item I'm looking for, and the cashiers are always pleasant. They have a great rewards program that helps save $$ off of gas and I love the way they're starting to embrace technology with their self-scanning cart checkout thingamabob. As I start to embrace Kroger I go into a location like this and it reminds me of why I didn't like Kroger in the first place. I'm hoping this location gets updates soon, maybe a little more space, and a paint job. I'd like to see this one be as awesome, too, but it's not there yet.

It's a smaller Kroger tucked away off of a very busy street. I like the cozy feel.

I want to give a shout out to Plainview Kroger. They are the closest to what happened yesterday and they were swamped by jtown folks and understaffed but they were super super friendly and even helped me load my car. You all had amazing customer service today and everyday I've been to this location. keep up the good work!

I popped into this Kroger once for 1 or 2 items. The store seemed small and pretty laid back One of the reasons why I like this location, is because they have a gas station that is typically fairly empty even during peak hours. They're a bit off the beaten path, so it can be a convenient place to stop for gas when other gas stations on the main drags nearby are packed.
