Worst KROGER in the city! They literally never have product. Shelves stay empty year round... and the deli department employees are the rudest... not to mention they start closing down at 6:30 not 7:00pm Let me venture back to my old neighborhood Kroger out Breckinridge where they have fully stocked shelves and friendly employees

I went to Kroger to cash my child tax credit check was in line for 45 minutes. I've been going to this Kroger for almost 10 years I've even worked at this location before. They wouldn't cash my check due to me not having a psychical I.D. I have a picture of my I.D. on my phone I am still able to use it at other locations. But they refused me and then when I spoke to a manager a Caucasian women with blonde hair and highlights. All I asked her was why it couldn't be accepted due to my I.D. still being valid she told me she wasn't going to argue with me and that I can leave. Mind you I approached her kindly after waiting forever she was very short with me and rude I'll be calling corporate tomorrow.

This has been my store for many years and I have used many of the features. I really enjoy the app. It makes planning my trip to the grocery and time in the store easy. I like how it tells you the aisle to find the product. During the current health situation I feel they do a good job keeping everyone safe. The entrance is set up so that you can go in one door and out the other, allowing for social distancing. There are paper towels and cleaner to wipe the carts, as well as shields at the register. The employees wear masks. The store is generally well stocked and I am able to find what product I need. The employees are helpful and polite. From my experience, the store does a good job responding when lines get backed up and open additonal registers. Kroger products are well priced. I have also used the Pick Up/Clicklist many times. Again the app makes the process of ordering simple. I have always found the employees in this section to be super nice and helpful. This service definitely comes in handy on weeks I am super busy.

Kroger is always my go to store. The outerloop store is a pretty far distance from where I live but whenever I go to the mall, I will stop by to get some grocery shopping out of the way. Store is always crowded but the shelves are never empty which is surprising. The only thing that annoys me is the parking lot and I don't think there's much Kroger can do about it. The lot is just so small and shared with a bunch of other stores that the traffic is horrible and people walking everywhere. It always takes me forever to find a parking spot and forever to back out of my spot because of the said traffic and people walking everywhere.

Some of my fondest memories in my teenage years were at this Kroger this was one of my first jobs I ever had and I met some of my best friends that I still have to day at this place. Grew up in Okolona I still love Okolona even though it's not the same place that I used to call home it's changed a lot I went to this Kroger and it just blew my mind how much different it is nowadays so crowded it's so kind of run down looking and it's just not the Kroger that I hold in my heart so back in 99 I would've gave us place at five unfortunately 20 years later I'm giving it a two and only reason why I was getting at two because it still hurts a little bit of fondness in my heart

It's Kroger! Good selection of items. Just watch your surroundings. Don't go here late at night or alone. Park by the door. Save time and just do the click it and pick it list. This store has gone down hill in the last several years. People walk out stealing stuff everyday! The staff has just given up on caring. If it wasn't so close to the house we'd never go here again. We mainly use meijer!

I was actually at Krogers to shop for some good steaks & fruit and promote Krogers on YouTube. I also cook and marinate the steaks for 3 days before I cook them. I would 5 stars but a employee rushed me out of the store when i was shopping. I was already notified that the store was closing soon & the long haired shaggy gentleman approached me several times. Very disrespectful and aggravating. I would have been wrong to go atomic on him for speaking out of place to a stranger that respected him from face value. I am Native American and have brown skin. So to the naked eye i look African American but am not bu all mean. Most white men of working class see colored men as broke or ignorant. Well good sir my credit score & normal daily bank account is higher than monthly gross before taxes. How dare a employee of Kroger speak to me in such disrespect. Please anyone of color don't shop here at Krogers close to closing. Shop at the New Cut Kroger or Walmart. They're way friendlier and respectful.

A new place to get gas at a Kroger........ Less then a year old everything is nice, crisp and clean along with lots of pumps, it's usually pretty easy to find one available. The gentleman inside the booth was friendly as I paid with a card. Easy in, easy out makes this spot great for gas and groceries.

I always get the Easy For You bag from the fish department. You can get any seafood put in this oven ready bag, at no additional charge. They will even add any seasoning, citrus slice, butter, or herb you want on it. I usually get huge slices of salmon in the bag, but this time I just got one slice. I'm not sure if this is permanently the new Easy For You bag, or if they use this bag instead when it's a smaller slice of fish. The bag was much smaller, compared to the one they used to give me. It doesn't have the clear window to check your fish when they give it to you, like the other bag. It looks like foil, but feels like a paper bag. Plus the temperature & time on the bag are different, compared to the bag they use to put it in. I noticed this made a difference because it overcooked my salmon. I miss the old bags. Also, the check out lines were horrible. Long waits ti check out. People usually will go to Krogers instead other places to avoid lines, but the days I've been going the lines haven't been good.

Fantastic selection of fall foliage, vases, small plants, etc.... The cashier was extra helpful as I checked out before leaving. It's clean, well lit & stocked with a good selection of options for even the pickey eater.
